Disappointed in CAVA due them following a stupid trend of “BOWLS”!!
I got a pita wrap, the prep girl didn’t even know how what goes in it because she had to pull out the prep card to read the ingredients.
I had to TELL her to put the crazy fata on it and she didn’t, she put regular feta on it. The cashier finished preparing it by squirting a LOT of the avocado sauce on it… It had no olives on it either! The cashier then slides the sandwich to me and as she walked away, she THEN turned around said “have a nice day”. Why did y’all put the bowls out as the forfront?! I hate it because its so damn much like Chipotle!!

This was my very first time visiting I was on a work outing. These ladies Ashe, Jasmine, and Bre was amazing to myself and our patients. They were super nice and very professional. I definitely will visit again.

I found a piece of parchment paper in my original pickup order AND in the replacement order I drove BACK to the store to get. The team members assisting were apologetic and attentive when I reported the paper issue the first time, so I was confused as to why they wouldn’t answer the phone when I called to let them know that my bowl STILL had paper in it. No worries, CAVA I won’t be back to this location.

Literally everytime I go to this cava the portions are already not the best. But this time it was absolutely ridiculous. I will say the girl who initially helped me was super sweet. But then I asked for half of two meats, and I thought she was joking when she measured out a portion of meat in the side cup they use for a side for a sauce, but thats all that was literally initially placed on my plate. I asked for extra, I don’t mind paying extra usually if needed, but it honestly made no difference. $20 for a bowl with maybe a scoop of meat total, no drink or extra sides is just ridiculous. The picture below is a half scoop, with extra chicken.. The girl who bagged my food also looked frightened with the bag she put my food in and replaced it and told me not to ask … not even sure what that was about.

The new manager with the short fade haircut and loud voice has been extremely rude during multiple visits. Her attitude is like a grizzly bear serving ants. The rest of the staff is always kind and welcoming, which is why I used to love this location just as much as the one further down Peachtree toward Roswell. I usually come here because it’s closer, but my recent experiences have been disappointing.

When preparing my order, she barely put any food on the spoon. When I politely asked about it, she said, “That’s the portion size,” instead of simply adding a little more. Two extra pieces of corn or a bit more salad shouldn’t be an issue—good customer service goes a long way.

I ended up getting a refund for myself and my family and went to the other location. As long as she is working here, I won’t return. I even find myself driving by just to see if she’s there, because her attitude is consistently unpleasant.

I had an amazing experience at CAVA, thanks to KJ! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and friendly attitude. She was patient, helpful, and made great suggestions that helped me customize the perfect bowl. You can really tell she takes pride in her work and cares about the customers. The service was fast, the food was fresh, and KJ made the whole experience feel personal and enjoyable. Definitely one of the best team members I’ve encountered—CAVA is lucky to have her!

I had a great takeout experience. Helwa and Asha were polite, efficient, and made sure my order was perfect even though they were anbout to close. Everything was accurate and neatly packed. I really appreciated their professionalism and positive attitude.

Never order on doordash. They skimped soooooo much. I barely got any food for $20+. Actual false advertising if you compared the bowl I got, to the pictures they have. Food tasted good though which is the only reason why it’s not a 1 star review.
