Customer service is gone . Does not exist. The person who brought my order to the table did not confirm order number, little less greeted me. The person just walked up and placed the tray on the table and walked away. I asked for some ketchup and totally ignored me. I walked up to the counter just to be ignored some more. I just reached over the counter and grabbed a hand full of ketchup. The whole floor is sticky, trash cans, windows are all smudged. Tables are being clean by young woman (employee) with the same dampped tissue/ wipe.

Was there at 6am to grab some breakfast. Says it dining room opens at 6am and they said the lobby opened at 7am. I had no car. They said drive thru was only available. I asked if I could walked through it to get my food and they said they “Didn’t know.”

This McDonald’s is one of the best locations I’ve been too and fastest . Morning or night they will have your food ready in a breeze and accurately plus the workers are polite and friendly. Thank yall staff for actually being fast unlike other McDonald’s !

Chaning my review,
They clearly saw me opening the app but went ahead charged me without my info and couldn’t add anymore. Asked for special deal which was meal deal but just punching in sandwich only.
I caught it on time and changed.
My order came and got home and find out no napkins.

I went to McDonald’s on 12/07/25 on 17 and Lincoln first part of my order was incomplete I was missing a drink and Oreo shake but I didn’t stand up cause the guy who bring the food was serving to other people so I thought he was going to bring my drinks but never did so I finished my food and the drink never show up so I went to the counter and the manager and other girl was standing talking and the cashier come to me and ask if I need something I say yes my drinks and he was like oh I give it to you right now so I ask for the manager and she came and like whatever said hi she don’t even ask how can I help you but any ways I told her the my drink never show and I was finished my food and she said maybe the guy forgot we can get your drinks right now and I was like really not even a sorry well that was one my son said after he finished eating that he doesn’t feel good he want to go home and we was about to see the tree lighting at orange but we couldn’t cause I have to drop my son and like about 2 hours that ones the we eat hamburgers was feeling really bad we star vomiting and some has diarrhea 3 of my kids couldn’t go to school. last time I go eat hamburgers there.

They absolutely killed McDonald’s… This new ordering system is a disaster to people like myself middle-aged professionals. This is the second time that it take me over 15 minutes to figure out how to place a simple chicken sandwich order and at the end the machine had no paper so I couldn’t print the order or pay for it meanwhile a bunch of people are standing there waiting for their orders what happened to good old walk up to the counter pick up a Big Mac and go sit down this looks like a bus station dinner a healthy bustling McDonald’s where kids run around and play and and the food is delicious I ended up leaving without even picking up my sandwich because nobody could figure out my order and I got tired of waiting

Ordered large fries no salt on 12/13/25 5pm was eating into them the 1st top ones no salt getting to middle lime the pour the salt on purpose had to throw away.
