Coming out of state brothers I was hungry for food and didn’t feel like driving home to make lunch. I came over to this subway and their professionalism was strong. You’ve been to a subway before you can expect to see the menu at the top. I tried that new chicken and avocado sandwich. The employee had a positive attitude. He prepared my food with fast precision. Payment was in a debt card. I tipped the employee as I felt he did a fantastic job. Overall the experience here was pleasant.

I never write reviews, but this needed to be said. I just had the worst experience at this Subway. When I walked in, the employee Jeremiah asked how many sandwiches I needed (which was two 6 inches) and then said, “I’ll be back in 10–15 minutes. You can wait if you want or leave.” He then proceeded to make his own sandwich without any further acknowledgment. Absolutely ridiculous!
I understand it’s been a long day and he may have been tired, which is why I even planned on tipping, but you do not treat customers that way.
I ended up going to the other Subway by Food 4 Less, and the employee there, Darrin, was the complete opposite of Jeremiah. He greeted me as I first walked in. He was also the only one working as well, with a line of customers, and still did a fantastic job. I tipped him $20 which is the same tip amount I would have given Jeremiah if he hadn’t had an attitude and been rude.

I’ve been in there several times and the manager hardly puts anything on when you ask for extra. Also, she cross contaminated everyone’s order. She doesn’t take off the gloves wash her hands and get a new pair of gloves, she continued to use the same pair of gloves for everyone’s order and there were at least five people in line ahead of me. I saw that and left. I warned a few customers of that and they didn’t realize and they said that is something they’ll definitely look out for next time.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Walked up, only customer there, I wasn’t acknowledged at all. One of the employees went as if she was going to help me but said “I’m going to break” and made herself a sandwich. The other two employees started making sandwiches for online orders, after about 10 minutes or more of not being acknowledged or told anything I finally said “so you have an employee on break and you two are doing online orders?” Now they had a line. I told them it just doesn’t make sense. They DID NOT CARE. A customer walked out. They moved extremely slow and when they finally helped me they were out of so many things. I ate inside with my son and as we were leaving they had a big line and only one guy helping. I could clearly see the two girls in the back just talking. I know subway is a franchise and I hope the owner reads this and does something about them. I know what it like dealing with the public, I was very patient but that was awful on another level.

Frank was the only one working with a line out the door but he was calm cool and collected and made sure to greet everyone coming in while moving with a purpose. We need more hardworking people like Frank! Give this man a raise!!!

The service was amazing. One of the employees, Frank, was really nice and made us feel comfortable. The condiments were in-stock so we could get our sandwiches how we wanted. Great trip.

Went in today around 3pm and had a horrible experience, a young man helped me with my order and was friendly, when I asked for cookies and asked how long it will take to make some more since they Were out I was answered by another employee name Bella who was near to her “brother” and got very defensive and even told me to go and buy my cookies from stater bros, that they were cheaper there ♀️ you would think everything would be stock since there were 3 employees. She even went on to saying that if I complained to the manager she would tell me the same! This store has bad management and slow employees due to bad training. Bella said she’s been there for a while now but you can just tell she’s miserable working there. dirty place and is always out of a lot of items. Save your time and go to the subway on Oak Valley Prkway. Staff is nice and service is faster

It’s a good subway because you can see all the meats, unlike the majority of the subway. They covered it and affected appetite.

Last week after visiting nearby Subway S/w store and not getting Veggie patty sw I came to this store and no surprise this store was out of both tomatoes and veggie patty. Service staff didn’t care to tell customer until I reached the counter to order…. What a waste of 1/2 hour. Why don’t they post such notice on notice board? Unhappy with Subway stores…… Zero business ethics.

I visited this location on June 14 around 2:30 and there was a large line ahead of me. The young girl making the sandwiches looked stressed and I heard the ladies in front of me say that the manager was sitting at the table. The girl making the sandwiches asked the manager if she could assist her with the line to which the manager replied YOULL BE OK and continued to visit with a older man sitting with her. ridiculous, terrible management at this location. will not be returning.
