I’ve been to this place before and it used to be good. I came back with my family and the food was so bad. Our server got us our app and then like 5 min later gave us our main dish. We ordered our apps way before our main dish. This was the worse one I’ve ever been too. The app waa over done. The main dish was even worse. Mine and my dad’s were so bad that we couldn’t even eat our food. My dad had the whisky burger, they didn’t give him any sauce and his burger was way over cooked. Mine was grilled cheese burger and it was under cooked and there was so much grease with mine. We couldn’t even eat it. The drinks were okay.

Applebee’s was my granddaughter’s bday dinner choice for her 4th. It was not super busy that evening, our server was great, food was yummy and they let us bring in our own cake and balloons.
My hubby and I took advantage of the 2 for $25 entree and free app, which I find to be a great deal if you like the choices. They also allowed me to apply a $10 off email coupon that I did not realize expired.
So thanks Wyomissing, PA location for a great bday memory for my little princess!!

Manager is Sean was great! I went to pick up my order and Make sure to open up our order to make sure we got everything and when he noticed that we were given very small amount of fries he went and he filled it up An offer those napkins and utensils which were not placed in the bag to begin with. He made the extra effort to make sure there are “pick up”experience was a good one!

Some friends and I went to this Applebees last night after we found out the grill at Chilis was shut down and we’re glad we went! Dow was a 10/10 server and heavily contributed to our great time dining out. He was always on top of drink refills and making sure we had everything we needed. I would not be writing this review if Dow was not our server. Dow if you see this, we had the Dr. Pepper birthday girl in our party haha, thank you so much for a wonderful and vibey experience!!!

I meet with 25 of my friends for lunch every other month. We’re mostly all retirees and Tammy is our waitress. The food is always great, and the service is absolutely wonderful and they set up the atrium kind of just for us. We love going here. Can always have a great time. Would highly recommend this place.

I just left this restaurant with my family and we had an amazing experience.
The food was excellent, the service was incredible, and the manager even stopped by our table to make sure everything was perfect.
Our server took great care of us.

Haven’t been in an Applebee’s in years, so we stopped briefly. The store was being renovated but was done without interruption. Staff was fantastic and the manager stopped by all the tables at least one. 3 out of the 4 meals were perfect, a medium rare steak was well done but otherwise all was well.

I don’t know what is going on with the quality of food at this location, but this is not it. I ordered the Chicken Quesadilla, but it appears that my order only had clumps of cheese and pico de gallo. No meat maybe one or two pieces of little chopped chicken. This is how you lose customers. Overall presentation of food was just sloppy. I will not be ordering from this location again.
