Never a bad experience at this location. People are genuinely friendly and don’t appear to hate their jobs; which has been my experience with several other brand locations in this area. Thanks to the staff for making my my food acquisition an experience that doesn’t require additional stress during the workday.

Went thru drive thru at 6:27pm, at 6:31 still no acknowledgement from anyone inside. When I said “hello” the girl said she would be with me in a moment. We waited another 5 minutes before we asked if it would be faster to come inside. She said “not really, theres only 3 of us here.” We waited ANOTHER 3 minutes before deciding to leave. As we left we noticed the car that was in front of us had been pulled forward. After sitting in the drive thru for 12 MINUTES, we left without even placing our order. So the cashed out the car, pulled it up, butnstill couldnt take the next order! This place cant acknowledge customers, take more than 1 car’s order at a time, or have the decency to let customers know they are short staffed and it might take longer than usual. I love Arby’s and visit them on a regular basis, but lately? Several Arbys locations in Knoxville, Maryville, and Sevierville have failed to keep me as a customer! At this point, I would recommend taking your business elsewhere and spending your money with a place tjat appreciates customers and understands without the customer, there is no company!

We stopped by and saw this wonderful sign advertising the LOADED ITALIAN. Who would NOT buy this sandwich after seeing this picture. I didn’t even care about the $7 price tag until I opened the wrapper and saw how it actually looked compared to the advertised image. The pictures speak for themselves. Nothing on their was fresh or appetizing.

It’s usually a bit of a wait, seems to not have a lot of staff, but food and customer service is always great! This last visit It looked like just two people running the whole store, still didn’t even take as long as I expected given the circumstances, and food all tasted fresh. The person in front of me had such a rude tone with the drive through guy, who was as nice as can be. If having to wait a couple extra minutes for your food spikes your blood pressure that much you should go on a diet anyway.

Showed up late night for a bite. We had to pull to the side to wait for food from drive thru. Not sure if thats a good or bad thing. Im assuming good so they can microwave the chicken.

Visited here tonight within and hour of closing. Best experience we have had here yet! The staff was welcoming, the food was hot and delicious and the restaurant smelled so clean. Staff did an amazing job tonight.

Food is always fine, but they only deal with a single car at a time in the drive thru. So they hold you at the speaker till the car ahead of you has pulled away. It’s a way they pad their order time and it’s ridiculous. Corporate really needs to look into this store for their handling of their drive thru.

Well, once again, I go to this Arby’s and it’s a clown show to put it nicely. I wait for my food for 15 minutes in drive-through. Watch other people pull up get their food drive off. Watch my order get handed to somebody watch somebody pull the food out and eat some fries put it back in the bag handed back to the young man that’s working the drive-through window and then he brings it out to me. My buffalo chicken slider sandwich was cold not hot order a large fry for a large fry. Got a small fry and then went back in and instead of them handing me a large fry that was sitting on the rack. They made me wait another 10 minutes to get fresh fries so that means all in all I waited 25 minutes for a chicken slider and a large fry this Arby’s is one of the worst that I’ve ever been at and I really wish that I had another one closer to my house that I could go to because I really hate this one. My food is always cold. The atmosphere is poor And it’s like they just don’t care. And I would advise going to another Arby’s that is literally 4 miles down the road on the parkway in pigeon Forge because it is so much better than this one. It is located next to the Trump store.

Went to this Arby’s to pick up some food to take back to our condo. Drove to the restaurant and went inside lobby and placed order. Took the order back and my wife opened her Beef and Cheddar to see this. It had a strange smell and did not look like roast beef. I drove back down to the Arby’s to speak with someone about the sandwich and was met by the same young gentleman who took my order. He was young and very polite and he said let me get my manager. He walked to the kitchen area where I could still see and hear him and told the lady that was back there moving sauce bottles around that I needed to speak to her. She peeked around and continued with her sauces and acting busy with no customers in the store or drive-thru. I stood there several minutes with the young man standing there looking back into the kitchen and her still refusing to come out to speak with me. Finally after several minutes an older gentleman who was cleaning tables and trash came up and said what is wrong, what you need. I began to unwrap the sandwich to show him since he asked what was wrong and he got loud and said I don’t need to see it just tell me what you need. I told him it was a Beef and Cheddar. He told the manager he needed a Beef and Cheddar and he tossed it on the counter never offering to put it in a bag. I turned to walk away leaving the bag with the sandwich they had prepared earlier and the older guy said take you other one with you in a very sarcastic voice. I picked it up and walked to the garbage can and disposed of it. The food was all terrible once I did make it back to the condo. From reading past reviews there appears to be a problem here with employees and food quality. I completed a survey on my receipt and was offered a free sandwich. I politely told them I was not interested in a free sandwich and had requested to speak with someone. Have not heard from anyone. I suggest you look elsewhere to spend your money and get a decent meal. If you enjoy poor customer service, rude employees, and poor management who could care less about you as a customer, you will love this place.

Waited at the speaker for 10 minutes just keep getting “please wait” walk in the store to ask if they are ever going to take drive through orders there’s a line wrapped around the window. Whole store was empty so they weren’t busy but they were busy smoking out back and the whole restaurant smelt like weed so you do the math. Place is a dump spend your money elsewhere.
