I came new years day and of course it was busy but no excuse to have poor service. Waitress came to our table twice during the two hours we were there. Once to ask us what we were ordering the second time to drop off the food .
We had an accident spilled coffee on table and instead of assisting us to clean table before serving the food she brings napkins and soaks up all the coffee and leaves napkins there . Now what the hell are we supposed to do with these soaked up napkins ?
Coffee was light tasted like water and food was bland .

11/28/25 – I had an exceptional experience thanks to the incredible leadership of the restaurant’s manager and team. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that the entire operation runs smoothly because of their dedication, professionalism, and genuine passion for hospitality. They greeted us warmly, while our server checked on our table with perfect timing, and ensured that every detail of our visit exceeded expectations. What impressed me most was the manager’s ability to balance friendliness with efficiency. The staff was clearly well-trained, motivated, and happy, which speaks volumes about the positive work environment they foster. The atmosphere, service, and overall experience were seamless from start to finish. It’s rare to find a manager who elevates a restaurant from “great” to truly memorable. For my family, this Denny’s location has been a trusted place for a quick, affordable and delicious meal for many years. Service is consistently great. On one occasion, the manager Nolan provided a real kindness to my teen son when he was in a bind. One start and if I could leave less I would, walked in at 10am on a Thursday, it was surprisingly empty,
Took us about 5 minutes or less to pick what we wanted it is now 1030am and we WALKED OUT because after a half an hour the waitress never gave us water never asked what we wanted to eat or drink and then she had nerve to take two other peoples orders that walked in AFTER us.
Yeah definitely walked out.

The food arrived cold, and not prepared as I requested. The restaurant was cold like they didn’t pay their heating bill. The gentleman cleaning tables kept spraying cleaner and the mist was getting on people’s food. And there was a child constantly screaming and nothing was done to quiet him. This place is usually better than this….

Stopped by today for breakfast with my auntie, our server Ivy was nothing but amazing. She got us seated right away, got us our drink order fas. Food was brought out promptly and was pretty tasty.
