Edit: “I went back today 12/26/25 around 2:30 pm after a year of not going there. I asked the guy at the register for Beef Bacon Cheesy double meet/double bacon. I asked him to please make sure I get double bacon I will pay whatever just please help me out he said no worries. I got plenty of bacon and meat, it was the best sandwich ever! His effort changed me from a once a year customer back to a once a week customer. Thank you so much 🙂 I added todays photo. ” ********* I was there about 5:15 on 1/23/25 I got the beef bacon cheesy and asked for double meat and double bacon I was the guy who asked for a little to go cup for hot sauce. They always change me extra then give me a few tiny slices of bacon and hardly any meat. I explained to her I do not mind paying more but I want DOUBLE BACON please put some bacon and meat on there. I like the sandwich but this is like the 3rd time this year they ripped me off. I took one bite and said enough is enough. These people are crooks they lost my business. Way too much mayo too.

We got the Smoked Turkey Sandwich. It was delicious. The medium sandwich is huge! We brought home half a sandwich each.
They weren’t very busy for the service to be subpar. We waited for several minutes for someone to take our order before having to ring the bell. Cashier wasn’t very welcoming.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a restaurant. First I started by telling the cashier that I wanted to redeem my birthday rewards for a free small sandwich with a purchase of a $1 item. I told her I wanted to get the cookie sandwich for $1.49. She asked what kind I stated it doesn’t say on the menu only “cookie sandwich”. She then said white macadamia or chocolate chip. I replied with white macadamia. I then proceeded to ask what all came on the fiesta sandwich she started explaining. I said okay I will get the fiesta sandwich. I had already told her I wanted a small she then asked s,m or L. I said small when I got to the window, she told me my total was $11 something. I said no ma’am I am redeeming my reward. She said okay got my phone and shut the window. After waiting for a good while she came back to the window and said it’s not working. I said what do you mean she said she said It could be a system error. I said well today is the last day and I wanted to redeem my offer. She then stated that she could try typing it in again. I asked where the code was I just showed her because it’s not on my phone anymore after she gave it back. She said she was not sure and then I asked could she look it up with my phone number. She said yes I repeated my phone number 3 times and then went on to say that it doesn’t show that reward on my account. I asked to speak to a manager, and she said that she was the only one there. I said Well what am I supposed to be because today is the last day. She said that I can pay full price and earn more rewards to use later. I said I will not pay full price when I clearly just showed you, I have a free sandwich offer. It was something with the system not me. She then stated well she can’t give me a sandwich unless she has the code to use. Mind you the code that all a sudden disappeared off my phone when she gave it back. I was livid because I drove across town in the rain for nothing. She was not apologetic and did not try to help me at all. I am a very unsatisfied customer.

I ordered the Italian Calzone at this location. My order came out fast, fresh, and hot. It tasted really good and have no complaints on my meal. The staff was very pleasant and inside the restaurant was very clean. Will eat here again when in the area

Overall the food was good, service was also prompt. The reason for only 2 stars is my wife found a long piece of blonde hair on her sandwich. Imagine eating something that you enjoyed and suddenly finding hair in your food.

We’ve been here a number of times and love the sandwiches! We usually get a Cinnabon for later as well. It’s a family run store and they are not your typical southern friendly if you know what I mean. 🙂

I’m a vegan and this was the Best salad I’ve had. The size and the toppings were all fresh and the proportion was great!! Customer service was great. The restaurant was very clean. This is my place to eat when I come to town.

Have always been a fan. Location close to home closed years ago. Great to see a Schlotzsky’s while travelling recently. The Turkey Bacon Club sandwich was just as good as I remembered it being. Will definitely go back when I’m in the area!

Just moved here and decided to try out this place for lunch. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly, the food came out fast and was very fresh and warm. The pizza and calzone breading is soft and thick. The dining room was also very clean. Almost finished our food and decided to finally take a picture for this review because it was that good.
