I door dashed from this mcdonald and my food was a mess! plus my 13 count of cookies were missing again! on top of the fact that i couldn’t even get what i paid for and this isn’t the first or second time they missed my cookies.

sandwich looked terrible, the 3 Large fries i paid for came more as small and i had way more just 0 stars.
it’s almost like the employees think “ as long as they get there main food items the cookies don’t make “ which is crazy and i couldn’t receive a refund for any of time! please fix your restaurant and find better staff because whoever is working the night shift obviously doesn’t care.

It has been a very long time since I’ve been to a McDonalds. The last time I did go, about 4-5 years ago, I realized the food is not what it use to be. Visiting this location made me never want to go inside or order from McDonald’s again. The cashier and workers were very nice and professional. The environment was quiet and welcoming until a worker started playing music over the sound system. I love music but I believe a certain type of music should be played in different environments. Especially where kids and families go. The music that was playing was definitely not appropriate for a McDonalds environment. It was about 10:30pm- 11:00pm. It was about 6 customers sitting and eating and a constant flow of customers coming in the door. My food was a 4.5 out of 10. It was hot but my Big Mac had salt and pepper on the top patty. I dont remember McDonalds adding salt and pepper to burgers. The soda fountain was nothing but watery drinks. The chicken nuggets didn’t taste anything like chicken. After posting my review and then reading other reviews, I see Im not the only one commenting on the inappropriate music playing at this location.

Never come here. I’ve been here twice, and both times were the same — over 30 minutes of waiting in line. There were only 4–5 cars ahead of me, yet the line moved painfully slow. Completely disorganized and absolutely not worth your time.

At 8:05 I paid for my order. At 8:10 I was already in the drive-thru line. I received my order at 8:40. I can’t attach the receipt because I simply never received it.

Upd. Ketchup was included in my order, they still didn’t put it in the bag. French fries were overcooked.

Truly the worst experience at this McDonalds. Id recommend going to any other location and absolutely not support whoever manages or owns this location. I went to order a big mac with a coupon code for a free fry with purchase. The girl at the front desk taking my order was very kind but must not have typed in the coupon. When I got my order, they forgot the fry. The manager then came up to me and said I’d have to order another big mac bc the cashier forgot to put in the code. I asked why I couldn’t just redeem the code now and put the free fry in the bag with the big mac I already paid for. This manager clearly doesn’t know customer service skills or basic knowledge because she said she couldn’t do that although it was the cashiers mistake. I then asked if I refunded the order and then ordered again, if so could use the code and she no because I just said I wanted a refund. Talk about gaslighting. I ended up leaving with nothing. Truly worst manager ever hired. It’s honestly almost humorous.

Don’t go ragging on my local MD folks!
I work nearby, and I’m in here a few times a month. This place can get SO crazy but you know who holds it together? This staff. This crew working here is badass and should be commended for the volume they deal with. They still always manage to kick out ordered accurately, and quickly, even when their screens are working or systems are not working properly.

Got a McNuggets craving? Roll the dice at the Fishtown McDonald’s.

This McDonald’s is a 24-hour location. They’ve got a pickup window and a drive thru. Want to scarf down your food on-site? There’s a decent bit of seating (a surprise to me) that’s accessible for many hours (not 24-hours… not surprising to me).

As a car-free Center City resident, this is the most convenient McDonald’s, and I STILL have to take the MFL[1]. For those not allergic to public transportation, you’ll find this McDonald’s right by the SEPTA Girard-Front station.

For best results, use the McDonald’s app, and pick up your order. If you’re lucky enough to score a $2.99 10-piece McNugget order, please save me a nugget.

[1] The University City location is just as annoying to get to. Either way, a win for my diet.

This is the worst franchise location I have ever dealt with. The consistency of their failure to get one of my orders correct is astonishing. It is almost as if they attempt to not make it correctly. Missing a ten piece, both sandwhiches were the wrong sandwhich, fries were all tiny. Even the soda was wrong, and why would they give you a straw? I can not say enough terrible things, this is honestly my last time ordering from them, makes me dislike the entire franchise. Waste of time and money. They should be shut down. Obsurd.

Went through the drive-thru and ordered. We wanted to use our app for a discount and payment, to which the women working the window told us we couldn’t pay through the app. We gave her our credit card and she took it then asked if we had cash. She didn’t swipe so we gave her cash that we happened to have and then she didn’t give us our change back and asked if we wanted it. We said yes. She told us we had to wait and we eventually got our change back.
Later that evening, we saw they had charged our card connected to the app as well. Basically, the lady working the drive through is picketing customers’ cash.
We have reach out to McDonald’s and tried calling to speak to someone and have yet to receive a response. Do not go here.

If you only read one review of this McDonald’s, PLEASE read this one. My wife & I went through the drive-thru and ordered using the mobile app. When we completed our order and drove up to the first window, the woman who took our order told me the total that was due. I had my credit card on the app, so I asked her to just use that as the method of payment. The woman told us we couldn’t pay through the app, which admittedly should have been a major red flag. I provided her with a physical card, to which I was told that they weren’t taking cards at the moment. Again, should have been another HUGE red flag, since no notice of this payment limitation was relayed to us prior to reaching the window. However, we happened to have enough cash, so we gave her slightly more than our total. At this time the woman asked us if we wanted our change and, upon us telling her that we did, she told us that we would have to wait because they had to “unlock the register” (MASSIVE red flags, we really should have seen what was coming at this point). Later that evening, I saw they had charged my credit card for the full amount, after all. We were trusting people (although admittedly very confused) who were robbed by the drive thru attendant. We have already reached out to McDonald’s and tried calling to speak to someone…not surprisingly, we have yet to receive a response. I’m sure some McDonald’s profile will comment on this review, telling me to go to the website to submit feedback. This is not a case where we received bad food or bad service. We (along with many other people, no doubt) were ROBBED. It’s not an amount of money that impacts our life, but such a disgusting act that will likely go unpunished needs to be addressed in some manner. I understand that many times you go to McDonald’s because it’s late and you don’t have another option. I understand that most people don’t care about what some random person says in a Google review. But if you have made it through this one, I hope you will take your business elsewhere.
