FOLLOW UP: Thanks for the canned response to my review. The email you sent me was addressed to “Customer”, not me. And you tried to blame DoorDash for the wrong item in the bag. Sad. The link you sent in the email to respond with is a dead end. Horrible customer service.
Five Guys, you dropped the ball. I had a DoorDash delivery on 1/16/26 and did not receive what I ordered. I have attached pictures to support this review. First, I have never had an issue with this store, they have always fulfilled my orders with no problem. This order was the same as the last one except I received what looked like a little kids order of fries, not the $7 regular fries. Check the picture for reference. While I’m sure it’s an oversight when it was busy, it’s an inconvenience to the person receiving the order. I had delivery for a reason, I can’t rush back to the store to correct the error and I am pretty sure no one from the store is going to bring me the correct order. I did not contact the store because, why? Nobody there cares. Complaining about an order of fries sounds nitpicky, but if you make the same error 10 times a day it’s a problem. Do Better.

I ordered a bacon burger with tomato and lettuce. Apparently the grill guy can’t read the order correctly i asked for no cheese and put cheese on it. Even though my recipe just shows a bacon burger. In the past they done the same thing, why choose to not go to five guys anymore for the same thing happens at different locations.

I walked in about an hour before close while it was fairly busy but was greeted by Alex and Logan as soon as I walked in. Alex came by first to ask how the burger was even though they were busy and when I left Logan asked me too. These two guys were a solid team and were quick to get burgers out even though it was busy during the last hour. I would highly recommend this five guys.

Delicious burger, always love coming here. The fries are good, and you get a ton of them! A small is plenty for 2 people. Don’t forget to snack on the peanuts. Service was quick and our burger was perfect with all the extra fixings.

Ok, I ordered delivery. I ordered two hot dogs with the works. The staff was really nice on the phone as I talked to several of them. When I got my order I thought I got one hot dog and one hamburger. I checked the package I thought was a hamburger and it was actually a hot dog cut up in a hamburger bun. I called them and they said they ran out of hot dog buns. So I tried it and it was actually really good. Never have I had it like that before… haha… everything was really good.

Came here twice and the service was terrible both times. There are 20 people behind the counter, but only 2 or 3 of them are working at any given time. Took forever to get my food and both times I had to ask several people for my milkshake.

Ok…so it’s Five Guys. That means the food is great but pretty overpriced for a burger. That said, this isn’t my first visit to a Five Guys so I knew that going in and I still went because I really like the burgers. That said…The service great! Lakeisha G. was delightful and was very helpful!

I’ve also been to a Five Guys in Virginia and the quality hasn’t changed. Same awesome burger and fries. Regular Cajun fries gets you a cup and probably another 2 in the bag! Very generous. Burgers are fresh! I get the Bacon Burger, all the way, no mustard, add grilled green peppers. Never messed up my order ever. Fresh patties, fresh fries, Cajun seasoning is fire! The veges on the burger are fresh, and have great texture so you know. They now have milkshakes too. One size and whatever toppings for one price. Not the cheapest but you get the quality you want! Great staff! Freestyle Coke machine. I sat outside and it was nice.
