It’s your average McDonald’s. The prices are a bit higher at this location compared to the McDonald’s at home. The service was quick. FYI, if you need to use the bathroom you must purchase a food item to get the bathroom code.

While breakfast is typically served untill 11:00 on Sunday mornings, we were there at 10:40 and they were out of a couple items we wanted. I ordered tea and it tasted like it had been sitting around from the day before. It was difficult communicating the English! Difficult area to park as well.

I ordered two Big Breakfast® meals through DoorDash and was surprised that no Hotcakes were included. The Big Breakfast has always come with Hotcakes, and they even sent syrup, so I expected the full meal. Disappointing to get less than what I paid for. Overall this place mostly populated by homeless outside. Service is really.. slow, like most of the crew dont look at the register and you have to actually yell to get their attention. Probably this is the most stressful mcdonald location in sf.

A great location for McDonald’s. Their Happy Meals always brighten my day. You can’t go wrong with a Big Breakfast with Hotcakes every morning. Chinatown could use a foreign McDonalds of their own. This location will do for now.

Is there a reason why every time, throughout multiple times of the day this location does not give you a straw does not give you utensils and does not give you the condiments even when you have ordered them on the receipt. How many times I’ve gotten delivery from this place on Uber eats and DoorDash where the store has not included anything I’ve ordered and when I go there, they do the same thing where they don’t give you anything you’ve ordered on the receipt in terms of condiments or cutlery and then they try and charge you even when you’ve already paid for it and you show them on the receipt. This place needs a serious check in how they’d handle operations.

As expected for taste and everything, except:
1. the order experience was confusing. At that time we need to order via huge screen but when we choose paying by cash, then the order slip didnt come out. And the order number came really fast on screen so we were confused of how we want to pay if we dont have any slip or number to call. It happened to other people as well after us.
2. There were homeless people inside the restaurant, which made the dining experience was uncomfortable. Not because they are homeless, but when you cant predict what they can do inside the restaurant.
