I had a very disappointing experience here due to the behavior of one of the managers. During my visit, the manager was extremely rude, spoke aggressively, and even used inappropriate language while addressing me. Customers should not have to deal with being talked to in that way.
Good customer service starts with respectful communication, and unfortunately that was completely lacking in this situation. I hope the business takes this feedback seriously and addresses how customers are treated moving forward.

First time at jucys gotta say people weren’t lieing about these onion rings the food was great very filling and hot. BLT was nice and crispy . Big burgers for those who can eat a lot. Will have to come back next time I visit Tyler

Was told I needed to try while I was in town. Ordered their special and some onion rings. Onion rings were good but over priced for as few as you get. Seating , well lots of seating but nobody busing tables. Several us cleared our own and there were still others needing wiping down. The bean station was different and they were good while waiting for my order. The burger was huge but the patties were dry. Bun managed to hold together so that is always helpful. I would come back maybe try the smaller version next time to avoid the food coma lol

Food was good..it was my first visit.. the crew was young and playful…waiting fr fresh food is something I don’t mind doing..but… when you hand the food to the customer be more professional

Needed a place with curbside pickup while in Tyler after a doctor’s appointment. Jucy’s was nearby and the photos looked awesome. I was NOT disappointed! The burger is huge (1/2 lb) and they have those great, hand-cut fries. Brought right out to my car. Will definitely eat here again.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would . First the girl taking our order could not even tell us what kind of cheese they use . She just said” it says grated cheese idk” which was already a red flag . Then they mess up a sandwich completely and when asked to remake it they just set it on the counter and forgot about it . When my husband went to go ask about it they said” oh didn’t know you wanted us to remake it” which if it wasn’t already common sense we did ask them to remake it the original time. They would not get us a real manager the three times we asked and when they finally remade the food , it was the wrong item . Finally after 1 and a half hours of waiting for them to remake one sandwich , the cheese was frozen as well as the bacon and it was still wrong . I could not recommend a worst place to eat. Along with the food , the service was terrible and they treated us like idiots and frankly did not seem like they have ever talked to another human in their life .

Best breakfast in town! Eggs were marvelously cooked, sausage was tender and JUICY! And you can’t forget a cup of Texas Pecan to get things going on a happy Sunday morning. Staff was really warm and friendly too unlike a lot of places. 5 big stars to this place

I’m staying with my mother at UT health. I went to juicy’s further bandido Burger and a large drink . For about $17, I just ordered an ordinary unnamed bacon cheeseburger french fries and a large drink for half that price, and for a burger that was twice as flavorful and satisfying as the bandido for almost 20 freaking dollars

Jucys Burgers is always a good spot. If you want a nice big greasy burger that drips down your arms, this is the spot. Fries and onion rings are top notch and don’t pass up the free beans. I recommend this spot. A+++
