Nice, calming environment with a great team. My dad and I had an amazing time enjoying our breakfast. We were given great service by every team member. Mrs. AJ did a really great job with us, coming to us asking if we needed anything, giving us mints, and because we came a bit late into breakfast, she gave us extra leftover biscuits.

Normally I’d spend a bit more time writing out some more details, but really I can sum this up pretty quickly! This is easily the best chick-fil-a experience I’ve ever had. And while I love the service at chick fil a in general, this one really did feel a cut above the others.
One of the employees – Patrick does a really good job there in particular.
He answered my questions even in the middle of a conversation with a co-worker and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful about the protein content of the menu.
He should get a raise. 😛
The waitress was also nice, and wasn’t too pushy and wasn’t too lazy. She was great too. I went in at around 10:00 AM on Thursday.

The teenagers taking orders have so-so service skills. The older employees are better. They’ve forgotten my sauces a few times, more so than other locations.

Im been coming to this location since 2004 mostly every 2-3 times a week.. But the service was very poor. I come inside for dining and no smile and having an attitude for the staffs…
Especially today I came drive thru was not feeling well the person who took my order name ROXANA (Spanish) shes very RUDE And not friendly.I incountered her before already. Wearing blue Navy Shirt//Red and shes taking my ordered wrong. Never Repeat my order to make sure was right.. Not even saying Thank you or My Pleasure. How you training those employees… NO HOSPITALITY AT ALL!!!!PLEASE address this Issues to the staffs…ESP. TO ROXANA!

Stopped by for a chicken deluxe sandwich. I was so disgusted to find a dead bug on the lettuce!!! I was offered a voucher for a new sandwich instead of a refund when I made my complaint. I obviously do not recommend this location.

Be sure to check what you order at this location. Multiple times now, include 2 of the last 3 times in the past month, the order taker entered the wrong request into the drive-thru tablet. So the order in the bag matches what is on the receipt, if it were only what I ordered. Very frustrating, particularly when you order a grilled chicken sandwich and receive a breaded chicken sandwich that you can’t eat.

Wouldn’t think you would say this about Chick-fil-A but the employee I had experienced today were EXTREMELY rude. Not the service typically given at any Chick-fil-A.
I asked for a salad with extra dressing. Something I’ve done before. They told me they couldn’t do that. I understand it’s fine, I work in food service myself. I decided I didn’t want the Salad anymore as I prefer it with extra dressing and asked for it to be taken off. The girl standing outside the window asked the cashier inside to refund me for the Salad. To where that cashier rolled her eyes and replied in a snarky voice “really. She doesn’t want the salad” then proceeded to throw the bag of food out of the way with a horrible attitude speaking loudly to all the employees about how I don’t want a salad. It’s a salad? Does the $6 matter that much?
After getting my card back I informed the girl outside that she should be aware people can hear and see the cashiers reactions. Her reply was to turn her back and walk away while saying “okay, have a good day “
