I’m so sad we didn’t have a good experience. We wanted to support a local business during this second shut down and I was excited to try the Italian butcher. We ordered the Pappardelle con chinghiale for two and a Caesar salad.The pasta had little to no sauce and barely any meat at all. Honestly my suburban moms spaghetti with ground beef meat sauce is better and that’s a terrifying realization. The salad was good but obviously not what we were there for. The service at all their locations is always fantastic but I would say just avoid the Italian options because I don’t think they have them figured out yet.
