I get the same order every time and it’s always done just right. Food is consistently delicious, staff is really nice and fast, and the prices are hard to beat. One of the best spots for a quick, affordable meal that actually tastes good. Never disappoints.

The double burger is extremely tiny. I paid 800 for a ‘combo’ with double fries. On what planet is any of this worth it. Double where? They gave me literally 4 measley onion rings and a cheese curd for an ORDER of onion rings. Will definitely never get the burger again. Paid 18 dollars for food and still starving. Could’ve just went to Checkers for the exact same stuff, but more food for 4 dollars.

When I visited this place and ordered chicken tenders, fries, and cheese bites. The cheese bites had ice in them, but they were hot on the outside. Initially, I wasn’t too bothered because I knew how things could escalate. However, the next night, I felt ill.
Determined to give them another chance, I returned the following day, hoping it was just me. I ordered some ice cream and walking tacos, but it upset my stomach all over again. It might have been the ice cream because it was foamy and not cold.
This was one of the closest food places to me during my stay in Memphis, so I needed a reliable eatery. The same day, I had to walk tacos, and I ended up with the runs for about a week.
I believe some of the chopped ingredients, like lettuce and onions, or any leftover food, could have been the culprit. Alternatively, the dairy products may not have been kept at the appropriate temperature, which could also be culprit.
I hope they improve their food safety measures so that I can feel comfortable returning to their establishment and eating there again.

Probably one of the worst fast food experiences I have ever had. We waited in line for about 15 minutes. Got to the speaker waited and waited. Nobody took our order. We asked if anybody was there several times after about 10 minutes. We decided to pull around to the window and just try to place our order there. After waiting for about 20 minutes in the line we finally got to the window, told her what had happened and she told us that we had to pull all the way around Because they can’t take orders at the window, no apology no trying to remedy the situation at all . After back-and-forth with them they agreed to make our order which by the way was only two milkshakes and a water. They gave it to us. They got the flavors wrong. Very disappointed in the whole experience.

It’s a fast drive-thru. Late at night filled with homeless. Usually harmless but there are a couple that can be very aggressive. They have messed up my food maybe twice out of a ton of visits. Wasn’t really bad just wrong stuff on sandwiches and burgers.

Cook Out is good food and value, but goodness gracious the drive thru situation is HORRIBLE here. If it’s even a little busy, the line wraps around the building and into the main street/ highway. The only exit to the curbed drive thru lane is blocked by traffic attempting to enter the drive thru. It wouldn’t be so bad if people had good sense to leave space for people to exit, but they don’t. Staff were quick and generally pleasant but not exceptional nor accurate.

Good food, decent service, clean lobby they just need to slow down in the drive thru for accuracy. The first night everything was great; they asked about sauces had napkins in bag and all. Night two was different; the food almost fell out of servers hand, they misplaced a piece of my order. Luckily they had no problem providing item when I doubled back.

After reading reviews, I asked for little onions they did the opposite. The burger was tasty, but not worth the wait or hearing the arguing between fellow employees! Prices are good for what you get. Unfortunately not the environment I would like to sit at and have a meal, so we ate in our car. On another topic bathrooms were filthy, trash cans overflowing.

i’ve been here a handful of times over the last few months and the service has fast, and courteous. the food is pretty standard. i think that’s pretty much all you can ask from a fast food place at 11:45pm.
