My boyfriend and I went in for our morning meal ask another waitress very young waitress got rude and nasty with us. We just ask what taking so long getting served our meals. The waitress said I just got here. OMG. It took 25 minutes get our meal … The other waitress busy talking to other customers. Just left us setting in the corner.she order lady little heavy set.

Worst experience I had in a restaurant. Waited for more than an hour, the waitress never checked on us and she was so arrogant and rude. When the food finally arrived the Hash brown was burnt, the egg was undercooked and cold. We didn’t eat the food and made sure to tell the waitress about it she still charged us for the whole meal even though we barely touched it. Never going there again.

We stopped in for breakfast. What a good choice. Restaurant was very clean. We were greeted as soon as we came in. Sat us down right away. Drinks and menu. Ordered off seniors menu. Had the sampler. One egg, one pancake, hash browns, one piece of bacon, one piece of sausage, one piece of ham. Just the right amount. Just over 10.00$. Hash browns were cooked to perfection and hot . The waitress was very good. She come over a few times to check on us. Should have got her name. But she’s been there a while as noticed with her small talk to regulars. Glad we stopped.

It wasn’t a great visit if I’m being honest. The biscuits and gravy had pre made biscuits and the gravy was runny. My friends food wasn’t great either. I don’t complain, I accept the loss, still tip for the service and leave. IHOP used to be the place to go for a great breakfast at a great price but I feel their food quality could be improved upon. I’d like to end this on a positive note though. If you’re going for the pancakes then they’re definitely the place to be. The International House of Pancakes holds that up quite well!

Customer service was no greet at all. Party of 6 so the waitress was upset. Waited 1 hour for our food. Took the creamer did not bring any more back. Earn respect before you get it. Also let us know it was her day off so using position for power also bringing personal problems to work so they didn’t let us finish we have 3 hour drive home so wow. Table next to us got water and waitress assumed we were rude. How? when only thing we asked for was creamer the whole time. Had to call another IHOP to complain these employees obviously run it them self

Food was pretty yummy, should have read the menu in that the $5 “Kraft” Mac and cheese was literally box mac and cheese. Service was great, gal was super nice. Was all good until I went to take my 4 year old to the restroom that had an overwhelming urine smell coming from it before you even walk through the door, right next to the kitchen. Won’t be going back to any location after that.
