Ordered for curbside pickup, park in the spot, directions in the sign is to call to tell them we are there. We call, phone is off the hook. The parking lot was pretty empty, it was about 1 in the afternoon. Benefit of the doubt that they are backed up and the phones are full. Continue to wait about 5 minutes, calling in every minute or so to see if the line is no longer busy but it never goes through. So had to go inside to pick it up. Stores pretty empty, phones not busy. Wait about 40 minutes total from time of order til it was ready. We are out of towners here because we own a few food establishments here and we’re staying the week for work. So we finally get our food for 3 teens and us 2 parents. Take the kids and dogs to the park to eat, they didn’t include the French toast to my husbands meal. I paid extra for it but whatever, it happens and wasn’t going to go back after the service we had received. Not worth, wasn’t even going to make a review. But then I’m eating and my pancakes taste burnt but look good. Few more bites and no improvement so I cut them down the middle and flip and see the bottoms are COMPLETELY burnt. So now here is a poor review because the service, the missing items, AND the hidden burnt food deserves it. Bad days happen, but this was negligence from the start ♀️ Paid $90 for it and I was already thrown by the cost but then this is what I’ve paid for? We won’t be back, but do better for the next guys.

I would give zero stars tonight if I could. We were seated and order was taken and we got our drinks then we were not acknowledged again until the food came. When my drink was brought out the lady spilled it on the table and all down my leg. No offer to grab extra napkins and she didn’t wipe the table to clean her mess. Kids drink had a bug in it. Food was cold and the plates were greasy underneath each one. The male that brought the food dumped half my daughter’s chicken onto the table, which had weird white spots on 2 of the chicken strips’ breading. We were not acknowledged again until another server (the only one working the majority of the tables even though there were other people walking around). I tried to get 3 different peoples attention to get kids drink replaced and water refilled, but they all looked away as soon as they made eye contact. The hard working server offered us a box and brought the check. She was doing amazing for her tables, but nobody was working our table at all. Our kids menu showed that kids eat free every day 4-10, but we had been charged for the one so I asked at the register about it and she immediately had an attitude and said “Tuesdays”…I pointed out the kids menu and she said that was a mistake and showed the stack of others with the “every day” scribbled out. I hesitated for a minute and she asked (again with unnecessary attitude) if I wanted her to grab her manager. I said no and just let the check be paid as is. $73 for 4 meals, 2 which were barely edible, and 3 were not hot at all with all 4 having cold fries. Absolutely worst service I’ve ever received ANYWHERE. Only time I’ve ever advocated for no tip either.

I’ve been to many Denny’s before this one is no different, I have never had a bad experience here. Denny’s is always a great place to stop by with your family! I ordered the Big dipper, with a side of fries (pictured), my friend ordered Baked Salmon with wild rice, and veggies on the side (pictured). The Strawberry Hush Puppies (pictured) were so good, especially dipped in their served sauce!!!! And so was the signature Panookie (pictured)! We had such a great time, food was well served and our waiter was so nice, he accidentally gave me the wrong fries, but was super sweet about it and then gave me the correct ones. Thank you!

This is one of the very few places I can go for coffee that I don’t immediately fill the coffee cup with sugar and cream because the coffee is so good. The Richland Denny’s has done a great job for decades. It’s a nice place, the people are always friendly and tolerant of my little jokes, and good for a laugh.
The place is always clean, and, if you need to get away from the children, they do have a lounge area, even if you not intending on drinking, just to get away. Bathrooms are generally always clean, with the exception of the overflowing garbage can — which happens during rush hours.
Overall, I have great memories and a great history of escaping home to Denny’s in Richland. This is a good place to escape, to write, and drink bottomless coffee.

Was seated, told Id be helped soon and wasn ignored. I just wanted a moon over my hammy, but staff was clearly too busy to serve an individual. Mid food and I wont be back, id rather carry a cooler with snacks.

Everyone has been to Denny’s at some point in time so this one didn’t disappoint . I have never seen a Denny’s that served a happy hour though . I thought that was unique . The food was really good here and our server was really on her game? She couldn’t have been more perfect…much like the food! All in all this was really a pleasant! Well done Denny’s! I am a fan all over again

Kaycee was awesome, she was super patient even though we had a big order, she was polite and accommodating. Ricky was an impolite vibe killer, he bragged about not paying Kaycee a livable wage and brought up that she “no called no showed” even though she was in the hospital. Also ricky was kinda touchy and handsy with Kaycee, gave creep and coercion vibes.
