Food was fresh and quickly served.
All the staff were terrific. From the guy taking orders at the counter, to the girl who brought the food out, and the manager who stopped by to check on the meal. Everyone went the extra mile.

I love Chick-fil-A so I decided to do a mobile pickup order at the Methuen location. I picked it up in store, then ate it at someone’s house. I was almost done my meal when I noticed a piece of plastic at the bottom of my fry container. I have no idea where this came from or how it happened. Needless to say I did not finish my fries since this is gross. I know it’s just plastic but this should NOT have happened and I have no idea how someone didn’t notice this when making my meal. I just thought I’d share. Ordered at 6:04 pm on 8/2/25
Edit: upon leaving this review, the owner reached out and offered for me to come back to make things right. My meal was just like it usually is, tasty and delicious. This was a just a mistake that a piece of plastic got in my meal which could happen and the owner said he would talk to his staff.

Employees are all extremely open, friendly and attentive. I’ve only gone to a Chi-fil-a once before (only this one in my area) so didn’t realize you ask for toppings, but chicken was juicy on its own so was good. Place was clean. All good!

Catering was fantastic! I recently ordered 200!!! assorted boxed meals and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. Two associates came with the delivery, as they wanted to assemble the sandwiches on site to ensure they were hot. They were so organized, quick and very pleasant. When it came to the actual meals, they thought of everything, sauces, napkins, even a mint! Thank you so much Chick-Fil-A Team!!!

Absolutely love Chick-Fil-A! Their standards are impressive, really an example of business model. Every one I go the staff is nice and fast and this particular one is no different. I would like to point out though one particular thing I haven’t seen before, there’s a basket in the corner where people are asked to put their unused sauces back, which I thought it was really clever… It should be a crime to waste Chick-Fil-A sauces.

I ordered my regular food like I always do and today some one messed up my order twice I go back the first time so they can fix my order and when I get my order again is messed up and is like they just threw everything in there to just get rid of me if they follow the customers direction and actually want to do they job that won’t happen. Do better.
