This was recommended by a local uber driver and when i tell you he was correct about the food is an understatement. 3 meat combo was amazing, a lot of food for the price but the front counter could do a little bit more smiling.

Second time where this location messes up my delivery. Every time we order thru the Pollo tropical website, the order is either missing rice and today at a whole chicken was missing. Once again, I drive to the store today approx 8PM to explain the situation, they refuse to assist me and blame uber eats (when i did not use uber eats). I advised, I just want my food not my money back. The team leader short, black hair, glasses, cuban female became very rude and stated “You’re lucky I’m giving you some chicken because this is not my problem” as if i did not PAY for it! All this while she was on her cell phone attending a call.
Ofc, i left the store with less chicken that I had ordered. Honestly, corporate needs to clean house at this location. It’s very distasteful and unprofessional. I’m a local here and very often see it happen to other people.

Super clean restaurant. Friendly and attentive staff – immediately address any issues and assist with selecting among the yummy options. We often get the Family Meal Duo with Mojo Pork. What a deal for 4 people- plenty of food. Our favorite sauces are White Garlic Cilantro, Salsa and Curry. Platanos cooked to perfection! Fried yuca is not greasy- instead toasty and tender inside. MOST IMPORTANTLY- This Pollo Tropical always has chicken that is perfect- juicy and hot. We also enjoy that they have brown rice available.

I’m writing this review now since I’m seeing repeating patterns of missing or wrong items. I understand rush hours are stressful, but the lack of organization jeopardizes the correct orders. I enjoy Pollo Tropical, it’s one of my favorite restaurants, but this is the one particular location that needs further training or better organization/communication skills when completing orders.

You guys really need to do better at this location. Every time my family orders from here our order is ALWAYS messed up in some way. Today we were missing two whole sandwiches and were given random sides we didnt order. This is ridiculous and I don’t know how it’s still happening.

Very tasty food for a fast food restaurant. The food tasted fresh and was relatively healthy! It also had a wide selection of interesting sauces including spicy chipotle, rum pineapple, and guava BBQ. Service was very quick, and we fed 5 for under $25. Its also kind of fun to see them grilling about 20-25 chickens on a giant grill in the back! Was a good pit stop for our road trip!

ordered through drive thru and let me tell you hands down this is the best fast food place I’ve ever gone to. It’s super quick, the employees are always welcoming and nice and give you everything you need. 10/10 experience. Also big shoutout to Rolando He made my experience even better!
