After a horrible experience in Lexington this location redeem this company for me. The food was amazing fresh wontons put together as shown on menu. Spinach dip cup full enough to enjoy. The manager came to me to ask why I had a coupon for the large amount and listen kindly with no rude feedback. I will be driving from Gatson off of fish hatchery to this Applebee’s and this one ONLY!! Great job love when customer service is a well rounded experience.

Services were spectacular. Food quality not so much. I can get a better cheaper meal at McDonalds. You definitely need to revamp the chicken fingers. I ordered a 8oz sirloin, broccoli, mashed potatoes, and an order of chicken fingers wo the fries and extra honey mustard. The breading for the chicken fingers just fell off, I didn’t order fries but got them anyway, the steak was chewy , and I didn’t get my extra sauce I paid extra for. The food quality is terrible, I can get better and cheaper at McDonald’s or Wendy’s. Never going back.

Me and a friend dined in this evening. We ordered the Two for $32. For the appetizer we had the mild Boneless Wings. I had the Salmon, with Broccoli and Mashed Potatoes. Everything tasted great! The service at the bar was fantastic!

What a joke. I can’t rate the food because we never received it. The issue with this visit was the server. She took 15 mins just to take drink orders than another 10 to bring them. After waiting another 20 mins after ordering an appetizer, we stop another server for refills. I do not recommend this apples bees. The one in lexingtion is a lot better.

Absolutely phenomenal. I tried Ruby Tuesday for the first time a few days ago and it was trash so a friend and I wanted to compare it to Applebee’s. I got the bourbon chicken and shrimp and it was some of the best chicken I’ve had in a long time; the shrimp was delicate and the mashed potatoes were fantastic. The app mozzarella sticks were cooked perfectly (8/9.40$) and had a great marinara sauce and my friend got the Mushroom and Swiss which he said said was fantastic as well.
Our waitress was great as well and kept all drinks topped up and gave great opinions on the food! Thanks A.B.!

Very good. We’ve had bad experiences here before that’s why it didn’t get a five-star. I will change it if it’s a good service continues. Update*** we had the best server ever. Kaitlyn was amazing! Hopefully we get her again next time. Changed my review to 5 Star

Typical chain restaurant. The shrimp ceaser salad was good, plenty of shrimp and tasty dressing, the breadstick was, ehh. Fish and chips are good. We swapped for mashed potatoes, which were good. Nothing special, just typical chain food. Our waitress was sweet and attentive. We did have to wait a good 10 min with a lot of empty booths. Seems they were understaffed.
We are new to Applebee’s as they used to have 0 options for folks who don’t eat beef or chicken. Tried our first one this summer ’24 in the midwest, and again in TX over the Thanksgiving holidays. Tx had an amazing black bean burger, which I wanted to have again, but this location did not have it. Probably try this chain again, but not at the top of the list.

Our server, Maddy, was new. She was friendly and attentive. The service was great. The food was only warm, not hot. And the restaurant was cold . Not a comfortable temperature to take your coat off and stay awhile.

Clean and sanitized restaurant throughout. Social distancing is being used throughout the restaurant. Staff is friendly and helpful and efficient. Food was good and cooked properly. Order came out quickly. Waitress was fantastic. Bathroom was clean and had sanitizer and paper towels available.

Our server Madelyn was amazing; very friendly and prompt. The drinks we got from the bar were great as well. Our food was a bit disappointing, though. Our chips were stale for our appetizer. I ordered the “4 cheese” Mac and cheese with the chicken tenders. The noodles looked like they had no cheese on them, especially not 4 different kinds of cheese. The chicken was pretty good, though. My spouse ordered garlic parmesan boneless wings. They gave him some dry looking mini nuggets with a little parmesan on top. Wish the kitchen was up to par with the front house staff.
