She was helpful, pleasant, and made such a great impression on us from the moment we walked in. Her positive attitude and customer service truly made our visit special. I’ve been at this chilis several times and the service is always great. Now chilis food is not the fanciest but after a few margaritas no one knows the difference lol overall I love their drinks and vibe. You can’t never go wrong with their triple dipper or burgers. My last visit was on Veterans Day which they had a special menu for veterans and their meal was free. Definitely a great way to keep our business.

This is the BEST CHILIS in the world. The Manger pays attention to all staff and always make sure the customers are happy with their order. We came here for the complimentary birthday dessert. We have not been here for a while and notice they had new menus. The soup’s temperature was cold-warm. If it was temperature hot – it would have tasted much better. Honey-Chipotle sauce with the crispers and mozzarella sticks were amazing. They were fresh and tasty. The sliders were nothing special. The quesadillas were nice and crunchy. The molten lava cake was amazing and never missed a beat. Overall food was good. Service was ok.

It’s was packed!! Sat down early, waiting for some friends to show up. My waitress “Taylor” came by several times to check on me while I was waiting. Once they got there, she immediately took our orders. The food took a while to come out, but I wasn’t surprised as the waiting line was out the door. The food was great. The service was great. She refilled the drinks without waiting for us to ask. Didn’t take any pics of my Double Old Timer with cheese cause I gave the wrong order, which was fixed I seconds and drove in as soon as it hit the table..lol

Lurleen is hands-down one of the best waitresses I’ve had in a long time. She’s professional, attentive, and has an amazing way of making you feel taken care of without ever being overbearing. She knows the menu well, checks in at just the right times, and keeps everything running smoothly even when it’s busy.
What really stood out was her positive attitude and consistency she clearly takes pride in her work. If you’re scheduling shifts, Lurleen is someone you want on the floor. She elevates the guest experience and represents the restaurant extremely well. Highly recommend.

Me and my mother had a wonderful experience here. Our server Jess was so attentive and quick and patient as we were indecisive. This is one of the best experiences I’ve had at CHILIS with how fast and hot the food was. And the taste? Immaculate. Will 100% be back!

At the to-go counter, Chris took my order. He was very nice and even gave me some great recommendations. The manager, James, also stopped by and was extremely friendly, which really added to the overall positive experience.
The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was great, and the food was absolutely delicious. I definitely recommend this Chili’s location. I’ll be coming back for sure!

My husband and I live in Davie yet we choose to come to this location. The food is always delicious and hot. The service is wonderful. Our server, Angie, was very good, prompt and friendly. Managers are equally good. Highly recommend this location.

i usually love chili’s but this location was subpar. they forgot a soup we ordered. the soup we did get came lukewarm and not hot. i tried to order one of the sides (a half order of texas cheese fries) and was told by my sever that you could only order sides if you get a combo. i frequent chili’s pretty often and my friends and i get the half order of fries all the time. further more if you go on the website it absolutely allows you to buy just the half order. i didn’t want to argue with my server but that just doesn’t make any sense. so like you just can’t order any sides? idk. all i know is i love chili’s and i was starving and now i’m leaving still starving just also irritated. my server alize was super nice but definitely overwhelmed by the amount of traffic in her section and needed help. just an extremely disappointing visit overall.
