Upscale dining, befitting of its reputation and location. Á la carte menu style. This was my first visit and I wasn’t disappointed. The lobster bisque was creamy and flavorful. A little thick for my liking and, not wanting to fill up before my entrée, I had the majority packed up to take home. The lobster and crab cake was ! I’m a meat purest, so for my main course I stuck with the traditional 14oz KC Strip accompanied with the mashed potatoes. Both were perfectly prepared and excellent flavor. My wife enjoyed their lobster mac-n-cheese, emphasis on the generous lobster portions, and parmesan truffle fries. As a special anniversary surprise, we were treated with an intimate dessert. All in all, a wonderful experience!

We had an excellent experience at The Capital Grille, starting with delicious, well-crafted cocktails that set the tone for the evening. The wedge salad was hands down the best we’ve ever had, perfectly crisp and flavorful. The filet mignon was incredibly tender and rich; we highly recommend ordering it Pittsburgh style to truly appreciate the quality of the meat. Dessert was phenomenal, a delicious cheesecake with a crème brûlée–crusted top. The service was impeccable throughout. Overall, a truly great dining experience! Highly recommend.

First off, the service was great! The drinks were cool. The food, the lobster Mac & cheese was a bit dry. The steak was medium well done, but more well done so a little too tough which took away from the flavor. I’m not used to sending food back so when my awesome waiter asked I said it was ok. But now I know for the price, I probably should have sent it back. Great staff.

I brought a friend here for lunch to celebrate his birthday on a Monday afternoon. The table was decorated and there was a sweet “Happy Birthday” note waiting for him.
Our server, Janszen, was absolutely top-tier. Attentive without hovering, warm, professional, and perfectly timed the entire meal. The kind of service that makes you relax and just enjoy yourself.
We both ordered the 14oz KC Strip with Sam’s Mashed Potatoes, and wow! The steaks were cooked to absolute perfection, beautifully seasoned, juicy, and exactly as ordered. The mashed potatoes were rich, creamy, and indulgent in the best way.
And the strawberry (I don’t like cherry’s, lol) on top, even though it wasn’t my birthday, they surprised us by bringing each of us our own dessert. No sharing required. A small gesture, but it made the experience feel extra generous and celebratory.
From the food to the service to the little birthday details, everything was flawless. This is how you do hospitality. We’ll absolutely be back.

The porcini rubbed ribeye with balsamic reduction. Best steak i have ever had!
Husband had filet with South African lobster tail. Best lobster i ever ever had also! Filet was very good, but nothing to write about like the ribeye! Prosciutto wrapped mozzarella with balsamic vinegar reduction, It’s a must order!!
The Brussel sprouts, do not remember the sauce, we’re good but very salty so we did not finish those. It was still good just not the best, The table bread is amazing! Definitely one of my favorite places to go!

We had a retirement celebration there for an employee and the service was excellent. The food was hot and good including the appetizers down to the restroom. The servers were awesome and kept everyone cups full. Prices for the food and liquor is great for the quality and quantity of food they bring out to you. Atmosphere and lighting were good.

The food is good, the service was wonderful. Classic the more you pay the less food you get. 3 of us had to share the side dishes to our meal. I have never paid this much for food and had to share my sides, especially between 3 people. Its not a meal I’m bragging about. I guess I’m just a regular Joe because I’m not impressed and not aching to go back. Had plenty of “lower class” restaurants that I have left happier. Great for those with disposable incomes.

I have eaten here once before and was absolutely fantastic. This time however was not, I ordered the roasted chicken with risotto and got a bowl with chicken, risotto swimming in some sort of chicken liquid “sauce”. Absolutely flavor and chicken was dry as a bone.
