We ate inside the building for context. The girls working up front were extremely nice. We got our food very quickly. It was tasty.
I’m giving 4 stars because the tenders were small and the inside dining area could use some cleaning. There were some messy, wet floors and the ladies bathroom was a little unclean with overflow of trash in the restrooms.

Did the drive-through and that was crazy. Although the wait time was not that bad considering the cars were out on Highway 49. The food was good hot and did a special order swapping coleslaw for extra sauce which worked out just fine. Ordered the box combo it was good Plenty of food had leftovers. The only negative thing I can say about this location is it’s location. it is difficult to get in and out if you are dining in specific times are a nightmare to park because it is a very and I do mean very busy location.L!!!!

I believe I came here the wrong time, or an off time. The food was mid and my fries were cold. I love the restaurant and the dining scenery. I will go to try again during a more slow part of the day. Maybe it was a just that day thing………update. the corporate office reached out to me to offer to make up for the subpar service. Outstanding redemption. I will definitely put raising canes back in my top 10! 01/17/26

Our food was really good and had very nice portions. Service was good. Music in the dining room was a little loud and the tables needed wiped down. Movie pictures hanging on the wall were very cool. Overall a good experience and will be back again.

This place is great! I haven’t eaten here before and was curious about their sauce (if you’ve seen the tiktok videos, you know)! It’s pretty good but to me it’s almost identical to Zaxby’s. Maybe a little tangier and more potent. Their bread is absolutely awesome though, and their fries are good! They were also SUPER fast! We had a huge order and by the time we got to the window it was done! Not a single mistake in it either.

This is the best fried chicken around. This raising Cane’s location is my favorite. They have always moved quickly with orders, and I’ve never been disappointed with the food. 5 stars!

Our family are huge fans of Canes so when our meals were shorted the other day we didn’t stress about it too much. We called the store in Gulfport and they told us they would make it up to us if we just bring the receipt. We live 30 minutes away so we went back the next day and we were giving exactly what our meal was shorted and nothing more. I feel like they should have tried a little harder to make up for the inconvenience after spending $65. That is just good customer service.
