The Seafood Pho was very fresh, flavorful, and filling. It included a nice variety of seafood (squid, scallops, shrimp, seafood meatballs, and imitation crab) and the portions were generous (lots of noodles in the regular size). Service was quick and the staff was friendly. Highly recommended!

Clean, organized and amazing setting with good music! My rec- fried dumplings and vermicelli noodles!! They also have amazing dessert options! Plus the staff is super super sweet and friendly!! My server- Will was the sweetest and the most patient guy ever!! I’d give it a 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Service was excellent, we were greeted immediately upon entering and our food was served quickly and was delicious! I ordered the brisket pho, grilled beef spring rolls and had taro milk tea and Vietnamese iced coffee to drink. Great experience can’t wait to go back!

I unfortunately have to give this spot a 2.5/5.
My friends and I were looking for a late-night, Asian spot and we stumbled across Pho Kitchen. When we looked at the menu, we were very taken back by how expensive a regular bowl of pho was ($16-18 for a regular size). Not to mention, this was the first time we experienced a Pho restaurant not having any hanh dam so we were surprised. For context, my friends and I are used to the Vietnamese food scene in Houston so we’re aware that we’re pretty spoiled.
This is the following list of items that were ordered:
– Pho Dac Biet
The soup game was unfortunately weak. It tasted pretty watered down and lacked flavor. Meat and noodles were fine though!
– Goi Cuon (Shrimp and Pork)
The Goi Cuon itself was decent but the sauce was… interesting. It was almost too sweet, my friend even mentioned that it had a slight hint of coconut which I was able to taste as well. I’m not sure if people in Boulder do Vietnamese food differently but the sauce was personally not for me.
– Passion Fruit Green Tea w/Boba
This was just okay. The boba and passion fruit seed was good. We were also able to taste the tea but it had an interesting aftertaste to it.
I do appreciate the staff members and their hard work! Not to mention, most restaurants close so early in Colorado but this one is open until 11 PM on weekends!

Pho Kitchen is amazing! I have been coming here with my boyfriend for years since I moved to Boulder. It is our staple restaurant and we come here at least once a week.
We really love all the food, but our go-to’s are the chicken pho, pad thai, or chicken steamed rice plate. The hot tea and boba drinks are also fire.
The atmosphere is great and service is always fast. We love the servers and they know exactly what we want when we come.
Definitely make this your spot!!!

I’ve tried so many dishes and different types of drinks here and it keeps me coming back. I cannot go through a day knowing I don’t try out their other dishes. That should tell you how flavorful, fresh and very delicious their ingredients are. But that’s not the only reason I come almost everyday. It is their service. It does not matter who you are, your age, your gender, your title or position in life, or etc…right when you arrive they immediately greet you and immediately seat you. Instantly they bring out their iced chilled crisp water while they wait when you looking at the menu. They frequently come to check if everything is ok with your experience here. But that’s not the only reason that kept me or others coming back. Not only the people that work here but also the owner are extremely genuinely kind, friendly, humble and humorous. When you’re here they literally make you feel like home.
You come here for delicious gourmet foods but you leave with super out of this world experience! The people have become my friends. Literally! That’s how real and genuine they are!
