The restaurant dirty. Where the drinks station is it was nasty hasn’t been cleaned in a while. The napkins dispenser, tea canisters, just nasty. Then I really look in the back where they put the made food was nasty. Didn’t even want to eat. Half of the drinks was out as well. This was at 8am.

Stopped in at the Hardee’s in Mount Vernon and had an excellent experience! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and had my order ready quickly. The food was fresh, hot, and tasted great—just the way fast food should be.
The restaurant was clean and well-kept, and the team behind the counter seemed to be working together smoothly, which really showed in the speed and quality of service.
This is one of the better fast food stops in the area, and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend if you’re passing through or live nearby!

The employees are friendly and do a great job with making sure my orders are correct! The food is always delicious! Especially the breakfast! I highly recommend the Hardee’s breakfast platters! You get a choice of bacon , or sausage, scrambled eggs , hash rounds, a biscuit, and gravy. The coffee ☕ is delicious too!

Went through the DT at 715pm. The place was dead. My food came out aweful and when I tried to call to resolve the issue the person that answered just set the phone down and let me sit on hold for 20 min until I hung up. They are aweful.

This was the worst we have ever had! Our fries were cold and stale. My Frisco burger was cold and they used a bun not the toast, the bun was stale and so dry I couldn’t even swallow it! The fountain soda tasted like chlorine. My man’s monster burger was not good either! The woman’s bathroom was filthy so bad I had to hover and I have a broken foot so that was absolutely horrible! My man said there was piss all around the urinals in the men’s bathroom and smelled horribly of piss! I will be calling and complaining. Waisted time and money…we literally should have just walked out! Also very slow…mind you we were the ONLY ones there! I wish we would have taken pics!

Came through the drive thru for a quick breakfast and ordered breakfast burritos and a biscuit and gravy. the burritos were ripped open and warm, not hot. cheese was not melted. clearly made hastily. The biscuit and gravy didn’t come with a fork and we didn’t get any napkins.

The food was terrible and not up to normal Hardee’s standards. 4 different sandwiches were cold, less than room temperature, looked and tasted as if they pulled it directly out from the refrigerator from yesterday’s leftovers.
Not a fan, will never be back, did not consume this miserable excuse for a meal, just threw it away and absorbed the $19 dollar loss as a lesson learned. Added Hardee’s to my never-go list.
Again, don’t exit here from the interstate, go just a few more miles to the next one, stopping here will only further irritate your long journey.

Today I ordered a single grilled cheese burger, new to the menu, right. Toast was soggy and under grilled, cheese was cold along with burger patty. The sandwich could have been amazing and it was a 3/10.

We stopped in traveling back home to Georgia. We love Hardee’s usually and eat there fairly often. When we walked in I should have followed my 1st instinct to turn around and walk out. It had trash in the floor and the tables were dirty. I was hoping they had just had the church rush but after tasting the food I doubt it. The women’s bathroom was just nasty. We got our food to go and it was beyond disgusting. My husband literally started gagging after taking one bite of his cheeseburger. And keep in mind we were on I75 when he tasted it. If it were up to me I would have turned around and took it back. My husband was just over it. The staff was nice. That’s about the only positive thing I have to say.

Just don’t even waste your time or money stopping here. Rude staff, FILTHY store, didn’t get what we ordered, tea was yellow so I took it in and got a soda. Wouldn’t you know, it’s over carbonated and nasty. Your crew is sitting outside in the drive thru side smoking in front of the doors and I had to say excuse me just to make my way through. I knew with the drink, a disgusting bathroom and kitchen, we wouldn’t have a good meal.
