Place an online order for pickup at the crib site and upon arrival at the restaurant, I was informed that my order had been canceled. I spoke with the manager, who was somewhat helpful but repeatedly stated that my order was still pending. She instructed me to check in, but the order continued to display as canceled. Consequently, I was informed that I would need to place a new order. The restaurant charged me $43 for the canceled order and attempted to process a replacement order. They assured me that the funds from the original order would be refunded to my card within two days. However, if I still desired the original order, I would need to place a new one. Despite my repeated apologies, the manager contacted Richard, who reiterated the same refusal to provide us with the corporate number. The manager provided us with the store number to contact Liz in the morning. When asked about Liz’s availability, she informed us that she was unavailable due to a meetings. She instructed us to continue calling until we reached her.
McDonald’s needs to improve its app. If the app is not working, it is unacceptable that they are taking our money without providing a satisfactory resolution.

Always try going here to see if they will get things right when they never do. Fries not even full half way smh. The manager on her phone just standing there it’s ridiculous. Last time I went got a hot and spicy only lettuce and ended up no lettuce I’m done with this location it’s a joke honestly

There is always an issue with this McDonald’s location on Ingram and Callaghan. There is constant employee turnover. Overall the food is mediocre and service is beyond below average. My last experience left me shocked at how lazy people can be. I ordered a 20 piece nugget meal and a 6 piece nugget mighty kids meal. I was told to move forward to the last window to wait for my food. Almost 15 mins later when the staff member brought my food to the window on a tray I didn’t get my nugget dipping sauce. So I asked for it again There and the staff member gave me only 2 of 2 kind. I asked for more of one because 2 would not be enough for 20 nuggets. The staff member stated I don’t have anymore here and placed their hand on the window seemingly as if I would say ok they close the window and I drive off. Instead I stated I’ll wait and to this the staff member said ugh, slightly bent down and grabbed more dipping sauce from a lower shelf. Avoid this location if possible. Do not recommend.

Seriously, I would give this place zero Stars if that were an option, they take forever in the drive-thru every single time you come here. There is no greeting, the girl was even grunting when I told her I was here to pick up an order. They are so unprofessional, they need a new staff. This is an absolute nightmare for any type of pickup situation. McDonald’s you can do so much better than what you’re doing. The late night staff needs to get it together! Go home and cook is a better option!

Literally every time i come here the mcafee machine is not available bc “it needs to be cleaned” the last three times ive came it hasn’t been available they haven’t cleaned it im not even joking you. All these employees and not one person can make sure to press a button and clean the machine? Might as well take it off your menu since it’s never available.

Service was great. Ordered with the kiosk. While waiting at the counter, a nice employee (I wish I got her name, but we were in a hurry) came and made sure they were working on our meal. I appreciate that level of awareness, especially since they were busy. Great job!

This location is awful and its workers are rude. They take orders online, then let you sit outside for an hour waiting for food that never comes. Then they laughed in our faces that we were upset we didn’t get what we already paid for. Yet they were letting in non workers who is assume were their friends because they were all standing around hanging out. Save your time and money, these people don’t care whatsoever

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I felt it was worth sharing. When I placed my order, the employee was very short with me—she never asked for size, drinks, or sauces, and kept cutting me off with “and what else” before I could finish. The order never showed on the screen, and she didn’t repeat it back—just told me to drive forward.

At the first window, she walked away without saying anything, so I sat waiting until I eventually noticed someone wave me toward the next window. At that window, the same thing happened—I was left waiting again before I could finally pay. Then I was told to pull to a third window, where I sat from 10:25 to 10:50 PM. Around 10:45, I actually had to call the store to make sure I hadn’t been forgotten. I was told it was because of a “shift change,” but I don’t believe that was the full story—especially since when I finally did get my food, it was cold.

No drive-thru should take 30 minutes, especially not for cold food. I would have gone back through to ask them to fix it, but I didn’t want to wait another half hour.
