We love Sake! They always make us feel at home, and the food is consistently great. They have the best sauce I have ever tried. We used to go to a different restaurant where some of the staff worked, and we were so grateful to learn through Nextdoor that many of them are here now. They truly have the best team! BC, Oscar, Tie, Sewie, and Kevin are some of our favorites—but no matter who is working, you will have a great meal and experience!

We host a small car meet (approved permission by property owners) on Thursdays. We come in for sushi or hibachi at some point and I love this little spot. Great atmosphere and service. I got the black dragon roll. I’m not gonna lie, I thought I ordered something with shrimp in it. I wasn’t paying attention when I ordered. The dragon roll came with eel. I didn’t know till after I started eating it but I was taken aback by how good it was! I will definitely eat here more often and if you’re on the fence about what to eat while you’re out and about in Roswell… I highly recommend trying this place.

First, this place is not Japanese restaurant. it is Chinese restaurant.
Second, they targeted high school kids for scam. my son visit this place ordered $36 steak. they billed $90 include 50% gratuity and additional tip which is not avoid.
when my son complain about that, they keep said it is automatically added.
after they ‘fixed’ it went down around $70 and today I found they added additional tip again.
finally my son paid $90 for $36 steak.
Please DON’T GO this place. they are SCAMMER!!

What a gem! They didn’t abandon the old ways of doing business in the US, like so many others have. Kind in many ways… shrimp appetizer, even a free small ice cream scoop dessert was included. Steak and Scallops, large portion, for $31 including the $3 fried rice upgrade. Delicious steak, scallops, rice, veggies, and Yum Yum sauce. They even have $17.9_ hibachi night on Monday and Wednesday. That’s even better than the early bird option. Two whole nights!

The sushi is always fresh and the hibachi is awesome. We’ve been coming here frequently for years and have never had a bad experience. We also love that you can order ranch on your salad instead of ginger dressing, and you can sub out vegetables for double rice at no charge (my husband loves this). And they have great specials!

Sake is a family-owned Japanese hibachi and sushi restaurant. The owners are service-oriented and go above and beyond to make your experience a good one. The service is also outstanding and the food is fresh and great tasting. We were there for New Years Eve dinner and the place was jam packed telling all that this is THE place for great food!
