I had a great experience at this location! I placed a mobile order and arrived a little early, but the staff was welcoming and friendly. The store itself was clean and inviting. My little one needed to use the restroom, and I was happy to find it spotless. Our drinks were made perfectly and tasted great. Overall, a pleasant visit from start to finish!

Went it to pick up a DoorDash order that I placed for counter pick up. I get there drink is ready and food is sitting in the back counter where I can’t get it. I grabbed the drink and tried to ask Carmen if the food was mine. She said yes but I had to wait for her to bag it. So she proceeded to make 6 drinks while my food was just sitting there getting cold for absolutely no reason.

I am SO tired of going to this specific Starbucks and having my coffee order being made wrong each and every time and I don’t even order the same drink. Any time I go to another Starbucks they make it correct and looking like the actual drink itself. I don’t know if it’s management teaching them wrong or if they aren’t listening but it’s actually to the point where I go to another Starbucks farther from me cause I know this one will mess it up again. i came through the drive thru this morning & sat at the speaker for 5 minutes. when i was finally helped i was then told that one of the items in my mobile order was out of stock which then led me waiting at the window even longer. with only one car in the drive thru a 10-15 minute waiting experience isn’t okay.

Even though they were swamped on Sunday and it had appeared they had a call-out, they were really trying to do their best to get through everything quickly! They were so sweet and I hope they know they did such a great job as a team!

Not a menu for diabetics, 1 cup of coffee has a minimum 15g of sugar max 50g of sugar.
You have to spend time trying to customize your coffee to a healthy diabetically acceptable sugar content, which might not be achievable after all.

Each day varies. I could have the best customer experience or the absolute worst. There’s a girl there who just gave me a passive aggressive attitude while trying to be nice to my dog. The first girl who helped me saw my dog and offered me a pup cup. I said yes, and she started to look for a cup for my dog. She asked the other girl where the cups were and the girl immediately looked at us and looked frustrated. She gave me the pup cup and in her passive aggressive tone, while sweet talking to my dog, asked if I can order it in the front speaker next time. I was OFFERED the pup cup, I did not ask for it.

Every time I come to this Starbucks I find that customers are an inconvenience to the employees here. I typically go to other Starbucks but stop here in a pinch. This is the 3rd time I’ve been where I’ve felt not wanting to purchase from Starbucks anymore. This time though really pushed me to write a review. The drive thru employee was dismissive to what I had ordered and it was clear I was inconveniencing her. When I got to the window to pay she wouldn’t even look at me. She handed me my coffee and said “here you go” in a rude manner. I said thank you and she still wouldn’t even bother looking at me. The whole encounter was uncomfortable. I won’t be back to this Starbucks location, even if it is more convenient. I’d rather drive the extra miles for better customer service.
