I used to go here all the time, but this is the third time the Sprite Zero has been all carbonation and completely undrinkable. They replaced the drink each time but it has always for something cheaper, and this last time, the Diet Coke was also mostly carbonation and plain gross. The food is a hit or miss, but most of the time, it has also been a miss, so now I rarely bother to gamble on soggy, unsalted tots, almost fishy tasting burgers, and ridiculously skimpy burritos. I think I am officially done trying to go here at all since I hate wasting money. The staff have always been really sweet, though.

Good vibes 😉 me and my daughter got slushes and they were perfectly delicious. I I placed our order online thru the sonic app and they were brought out like 2 minutes after I checked in. Our car hop wore a big smile and seemed genuinely appreciative for the tip.

Sonic is drive-in fast food, but yesterday it was anything but fast. We went into the drive through and ordered two mini shakes, just wanting a quick, sweet, treat. There were just two vehicles in front of us–one at the pickup window, and one that has just ordered. It was about 2 pm. We waited and waited, and the car at the window never moved. There was one guy taking orders out to cars, and it looked like he was working the pick up window as well. We finally gave up waiting, and I was able to squeeze out of the line from between the car in front of us and the one behind, and we left. I know places are short of help, and that’s probably what the issue was, but it was pretty ridiculous nevertheless.

I went to this Sonic day before yesterday and ordered a Hatch Green Chili cheese burger combo, which has mustard, and I also ordered an extra drink. When I got home, the hamburger was a cheeseburger with mayo and the fries were very hard and very greasy. They tasted horrible! I called and talked to a lady, who said she was the manager, and she told me there was nothing they could do about it because my receipt was correct and the carhop said she read the order back to me. I explained that she DID NOT read the order back to me because I had to ask her if both drinks were diet drinks. She would not make THEIR mistake right. We had to throw the whole combo out. Plus, when I go to this Sonic, some carhops think they don’t have to give me my change. My order was $14.50 and I gave her a $20 and all she gave me back was $5. I don’t mind giving tips but WHEN I GIVE IT, not when they just take it. I didn’t tell her anything cuz it’s just change, but when the service and food is horrible ……no more! I won’t be going back to this Sonic.

Hate this sonic. The dips to enter and exit will definitely scrape your car and people only use it as a drive through. Can’t pull into the stalls for some reason or it takes forever for some drinks and tots. This location made me stop going to Sonic altogether because why is it so weird.

Great place. Been to Sinic first time. Heard a lot of praise about it. Got 3 different shakes to try. All amazing. Definitely recommend it. Emilie was very professional and provided the best possible customer service. She was running up and down to check egg-free shakes. Ordering the drinks from car and getting it to the car is great feeling.

Definitely a disappointing experience today. This is their sauced popcorn chicken now, waited 30 minutes through the coned line that just complicated everything. The root beer tasted like bland carbonated water, the syrup box needed to be changed a while ago. Then at the end the girl running the window tried to hold onto our card, and it felt like she was rushing us out after handing us the food. We shouldn’t have to ask for our card back twice. Literally got handed the short straw today, it’s worth the time to drive out to Pueblo West instead.
