When we arrived, we were welcomed very warmly. The decor and ambiance were nice. We ordered pizza; the dough was thin, but the sauce had slightly softened the crust. Overall, it was tasty. We also ordered water on the side.
When we asked for the bill, we were kept waiting for a while. After reminding them again, they brought the bill. We saw that the pizza was 1500 RSD and the water was 460 RSD. The price of the water seemed quite high to us. We gave the gentleman 2000 RSD, but we did not receive any change. When we asked for our change, we were told to wait. It seemed as if they did not want to give it back.
The place itself is nice, but the staff behaved differently when welcoming us and when seeing us off. After a venue that leaves a good first impression, encountering such behavior was very surprising. In conclusion, this situation and the high price charged for the water did not suit you at all.

The food here is very unique and delicious. The atmosphere is very relaxing and is appropriate for both formal and informal outings. I’ve been going to this restaurant for many years and there is one major problem. The prices of the margharitas have been increased beyond proportion. This is not inflation, this is greed. I guess high demand means high value but there was no reason to increase the pizza cost by 400 dinars in less than a year. You are not slick Mr Rustique

Exelent Italian pica restoran. Thin dough, crispy around the edges with lots of the best quality filling. Food arrives quickly, hot and at the same time for all guests. The waiters are friendly and professional.

Rustik is one of those rare “all-day, all-generations” restaurants where you can come with anyone — family, kids, friends, or for a casual meeting — and it always works.
The menu is huge, truly huge, but surprisingly everything is actually good. You can order almost anything and it will be solid, which is kind of the whole point of a place like this.
If you need a single spot that covers every type of craving and every type of group, Rustik is an easy and reliable choice. Four stars.

very hot interior windows open but no air conditioning. Tiramisu giant portion but everything was except a Tiramisu, the exaggeratedly thin pizza. Friendly room staff. When the manager is missing, you can feel the difference. Other times it was much better.

Kids usually get the priority when it comes to your orders
Also, making sure you tip the barista is always a great thing to do when you wanna have an enjoyable experience in the restaurant and with the staff!
