If there was a negative rating, I would give it -10.
First off, this experience is not the first time.
I pulled up with only two vehicles in front of me and I placed a mobile order.
I waited ten minutes before I pulled up to the speaker and another five minutes before someone told me to hold on.
I waited another ten minutes and spoke through the speaker for someone to help me.And no one did.
I pull around the corner and there’s the same cars sitting in front of me.
Another ten minutes, i’m at the window…..and the manager tells me, I have to turn back around and get back in line.
He didn’t care how long I waited and he didn’t want to hear my story. Kept saying there was nothing he was going to do about it and he would call the police if I didn’t leave, which I didn’t at first.
I was so pissed about this and as he showed poor manners….and as I mentioned I forgot this happened the last time I came in here.
This is such a poorly run Mcdonald’s, as you can tell, by all the negative feedback.
I will never go here ever again, and tell anyone to not visit this location.

Matthew is SUCH a nice guy! Very respect, and kind. He will make anyone’s experience there worth a visit back. Kindness goes a long way. The store is clean, and food is ready fast!

Tonight my McDonald’s was closed FSR I had to drive almost 4 mi to this one. Found out that they charge $0.50 more per sandwich than every other place, and ended up waiting almost 20 minutes stuck in their drive-thru to get my food, And when I finally got home and opened it they were the greasiest burgers I’ve ever gotten from McDonald’s.. The wrappers were covered in grease. Before I threw every sandwich in the garbage I squeezed one of them and a fountain of grease poured out of the burger.. if I wanted a grease bomb I would have went to White Castle.. save your money time and gas and avoid this McDonald’s like the plague

Service was friendly always so friendly and I think the employee recently was dressed really professionally here. Hopefully there is more regulars I’ve been seeing regulars recently and I think that’s smart because the workers here recently been really nice and my drinks 10 out of 10 so five stars.

I do not know where to begin with this place. So here goes I went through the drive through ordered to Mcgriddles, one bacon, 1 sausage, then a sausage biscuit with egg along with 2 hash Browns, pretty simple you would think, oh and asked for an orange juice and she said they’re out, really?? told me to pull around and wait, waited 12 minutes. In one of those spots They come out, he reels off exactly what I ordered as he’s looking in the bag, hands it to me, okay, partly my fault. I didn’t check drove all the way home. Only one sausage biscuit with egg and 2 hash Browns NO Mcgriddles, and there was some sort of chicken biscuit sandwich in there, went back to McDonald’s went inside, told them the mistake showed them the chicken thing which you have to throw out, then waited for the correct. Mcgriddle, which should have been the sausage mcgriddle with A Cheese , they brought me a bacon , I said enough , we’re done…. Absolutely horrible.

Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and got the saddest excuse of a burger I’ve ever seen. It honestly looked like it had already been warmed up twice before they gave it to me. The bun was smashed and hard as a rock and there were no onions on it. Cheese was crunchy where it hung off the burger. Can’t believe I paid $10 for an inedible burger.
