My first time visiting the Forney location, but I look forward to returning again. Kayla was a great waitress and provided us with exceptional service on our visit today. Thank you, Kayla! Hope to see you again next time. We ordered the triple dipper, smokehouse combo, queso, and a skillet cookie to share. Everything came out fresh and delicious. We showed up hungry and left full and happy.

We ordered off of Doordash not even going to bother them. Asked for no onions it was loaded with onions. That’s not even the problem. My burger was a literal piece of charcoal it was so overcooked. Please view pictures. Like come on guys be real you lucky I don’t drive by and throw it through the window.

We had an amazing experience at Chili’s thanks to our server, Sarah. She was incredibly respectful, kind, and attentive from start to finish. Honestly, she’s one of the nicest servers we’ve ever had She made sure we had everything we needed and checked in on us at the perfect times without ever being overbearing. Our service was truly outstanding, and Sarah made our visit so enjoyable.

The vibes were awesome everyone was having a good time but the server I believe her name is “Marissa” was rushing us and can tell she was getting frustrated with us when she asked what we wanted to drink mind you I haven’t been to chilis in a while! don’t sit us down and immediately expect us to know what we want to drink I don’t have the menu programmed in my head. Once our food came out chicken tenders were amazing fries had way too much salt!

Came here with a coworker for lunch and the meal was lackluster. We arrived around 1ish and it wasn’t overly crowded. The service we received from the waitress wasn’t great and she barely visited our table outside of taking the order.
I ordered chips and salsa, a house salad, and the chicken tenders. Out of everything, the only thing that was good was the salad. My coworker ordered Buffalo wings and ribs with sides (not pictured). I opted to taste test it and everything was just… dry.
I haven’t had Chili’s in a while.. and now I remember why.

Worst restaurant experience EVER! Do not ever go to this location. We went as a family with our 4 young kids and waited over FORTY minutes for our food after we ordered. Our drinks were never refilled or even offered to be refilled. The food tasted purely awful. So even after waiting forever for our food, it tasted so horrible. The quality and taste of the food is not even worth eating for free. There wasn’t one of those kiosk tablets at the table to pay so that meant more waiting for the waitress to take the payment. I asked for an itemized bill and saw we were being charged for a kiosk game that we never had and was impossible since there wasn’t a tablet at our table at all! Only when I contested it to the manager did she offer to take that off, but she was perfectly happy letting us pay for it! The manager only apologized for the amount of time it took to get our food after I asked for a manager to come for the bill issue and she knew I was annoyed. It was not sincere or genuine. Just save your hard earned money and NEVER go to this location!
