The male brown-bearded manager was terrible to me refusing to let me take shelter from the cold storm just because I didn’t buy any food… yet! I had the money; but he gave me a hostile attitude embarrassing me in front of other customers. I was nearly frozen waiting for my hands to thaw in like 5 minutes, so that I can use my phone to order food. I was once a valuable customer, but now, they lost me for good. If I have any advice for the higher- ups of White Castle. I would tell them to fire that manager for not being patient enough to allow me to warm up to order food, and tell them that the customer is always #1 especially during inclement weather.

Great Location and best staff around town. Keke and her crew took such awesome care of us when we stopped in for a 9 pm late dinner on a Wednesday night. Keke made sure she got the order right and the team prepared quickly and accurately. The location was very clean and perfect for enjoying the hot tasty meal we received. Thank you!!!

Waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes after watching all the cats in front of me get their food. I go inside and they say there closed even though the sign says 24 hours: I understand things happen but you have people waiting in your drive thru for nothing. I will never come to this place again. I professional and wasted mine and other people’s time.

Went in at 2:30 to get lunch and the lady taking the orders was so rude, talking over me, didn’t get order right, tried to charge me extra for a separate order but I only made one order, so I just drove away. She made the location lose money today.

Fries barely cooked. Forgot to add cheese to half the burgers. Wrong drink, not only asked for cheese on all burgers but there was nothing on the veggie sliders. I understand dinner rushes and taking time but for a 45 minute wait this isn’t great. Won’t be returning to this location

I don’t leave a lot of reviews for fast food places, but it was so great, I had to. I came through the drive thru with a mobile order around 4:45pm on 06/11. The lady at the window was very nice, my food was fast and hot, and every topping was on there and then some. Great location! Hands down the best White Castle location I have been to. Great work to the crew that was working. You give me hope that not all service and hospitality has been lost in the food industry.
