I ordered online. I came through the drive thru. I was the only car there. Guy was not friendly and could tell he didn’t like his job. Got to the window and immediately got asked to go park in the handicapped spot and they’ll bring my food out. So I did. But I parked sideways blocking 2 spots because I shouldn’t have been asked to pull to the side anyways. Guy brings my food out. Doesn’t say a word. No other cars had pulled in or gone through the drive thru. So why was I asked to pull into a handicapped spot? I check my bag. My chili is missing (had a feeling something would be). I go back around through the drive thru. Tell the guy I’m missing my chili. I pull up to second window and the bag is already hanging out the window. Showing that he purposely did it. I ordered 3 meal deals and a chili (because it was free). Not a huge order that should require me to have to pull to the side especially since the while time I was there, literally not 1 car pulled in. It was like 630p.m. not super late at night or something. Tried to complain in the app, did a chat that said 1 min wait time. Waited 15 min and no one answered it so I gave up.

Standard Wendy’s experience. Food was served hot and ready within a reasonable amount of time after ordering at the counter.
They have freestyle coke machine so I got to pick my own drink.

Bathroom had no paper towels. Cashier was very rude cutting me off while ordering just felt like she doesn’t want to work here. Calls my name for our order but hands us half of our order and half of someone else’s. If driving on the highway and want Wendy’s save yourself the aggravation and just keep driving.

It’s fast food. Service was decent. The condiment area could have been cleaner but there were no employees lolligagging around so it was likely other customers making messes. We came around 12:30 pm and ended up in the middle of a small rush. I got the new swirl Frosty. I ordered the brownie with chocolate base but got a vanilla base. Bathroom cleanliness was acceptable but not perfect.

Food was great n very fresh. I ordered the new chicken tenders n the were made fresh to order.. The were very soft n tender.. Jayden paid attention to the tenders while they were cooking n did not over cook them.. Jessica Quiles took my order. She was very polite n courteous n also asked me what sauce that I would like n told me all the sauces.. Great clean atomspere.. Will come back again soon. 5 Stars!!!

I feel bad for some people that they just didn’t have common sense or they just don’t know how to do a job well. Even if your young and it’s your first job. If your not sure ASK A MANAGER. ALSO PAY ATTENTION!!!!! the first thing we said was this is for here… So after the struggling of the order which wasn’t and shouldn’t have been hard 2 LG chili one add chop onions and tomato (told they couldn’t do that so was given sliced tomatoes to cut myself with a plastic knife and then forgot the onions but says they were put in but didn’t know which one had the onions. So I teased well he’s allergic to onions so hopefully we ok… ) French fries and hamburger deluxe and 2 sodas the kid proceeded to BAG THE ORDER. so we let him bag the order and then when he turned to give the order, I said apparently you DIDN’T hear that IT WAS FOR HERE… I actually started out as a teen first job working at Wendys in Whitehall with over if the best manager and district managers. So to me this is just hilarious BUT FRUSTRATING! and why I would rather NOT eat out. Sadly WENDY’S is my go to instead of BK and McDs..

Went today apprx 15 min ago. My food was fresh but not sure if this young man is the manager or not at the drive through window, but he was SUPER RUDE!!! to I and his colleagues. They were just helping and he was a big ball of frustration i guess

Elijah is terrible ! Customer service is huge and this Wendy’s fails. Every employee I encounter here are rude and disrespectful . Especially Elijah . Ordering in the drive thru and told him to give us a second . We start ordering and rushing us . He then stated he was the “manager” for absolutely no reason . Your dealing with people learn how to be nice once in a while .
