I came on a flix bus and ordered my combo 7 and repeatedly requested to provide me at the earliest as bus was about to leave. They did not bother to handover the burgers on time and I had to leave my food even after paying. One employee at the counter and the second employee in the kitchen. They shouldn’t be taking orders from customers travelling through bus when there is a time constraint. My several request to the cashier were ignored by her. It’s 8.15 am and I had to go hungry till NY Midtown.

This is the Impossible Whopper they give you when you ask for no mayonnaise two separate times. $12 for food that was thrown away. You’re better off with premade convenience store food, at least it’s a fraction of the cost of an Inedible Whopper for food you can actually eat.

Just went there 15 minutes ago. 2 plain burgers missing from our order. Food that was in the bag is ice cold. I feel like the girl working the drive through was putting extra special care into making sure we all know she hates her job. I wish she put that much effort into getting all of the food we paid for into the bag. I’d drive back to complain but honestly, the burgers aren’t worth the drive.

Came in for a Double Whopper. I asked “Jack” to make it fresh off the broiler. He decided to take it out of a pan and not make it fresh. He was very rude and loud. All the Ladies working with “Jack” looked unhappy and uncomfortable around this man. I do not recommend anyone eat here. “Jack” is a liability and a Lawsuit waiting to happen.

Yeah, pretty typical Burger King. Food was fresh and hot. Staff was a little less cordial but I was one of a bus-load of hungry patrons with 12 minutes to buy/eat food and get back on the bus. They had their hands full, but got everyone served in time. Not that it matters to me, but for those who it does, everyone there spoke English. Bathroom was stocked and clean.

Made us wait in line for 15 minutes, there was only 1 car ahead of us, pulled up to the window to pay and 3 employees sitting on their phones drinking sodas laughing. Would not recommend, also last that took the order was rude

20 minutes from time of order til received food at drive thru. No apologies from the worker, just said “it’s busy”. Of course food was cold, all cheese sticks I ordered had ZERO cheese in them! No marinara sauce or offered. And NO napkins in the bag. Classic BK.
