Waited over 20 minutes in line for a single 6-piece Chicken Nugget Happy Meal, only to be told to pull ahead and wait even longer. When the order finally arrived, the chicken nugget box contained nothing but an empty bun—no nuggets at all. Absolutely unacceptable service and feels like a complete scam.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Sat for 39 minutes in the drive thru, 20 in which was at the second window. He asked multiple times what I ordered and I explained, simply 2 bigmacs. I watched shakes sit there the whole time for people behind me. They were disgusting. The manager and other employees were goofing around and not helping. The boy at the window apologized saying they are short staffed and that the GM doesn’t know how to schedule people. Finally get our food and it’s all a mess. Nothing was right. What a disappointment.

After driving all day. We waited over 30 min for cold food. Once I asked for a refund I was meet with attitude. They wanted all of the food and even drinks back. Never again will I go here. Stay away!!!! If I could rate lower I would! Nothing was clean. What a horrible experience with a child.

My quarter pounder with cheese was missing all of the veggies. And the order took over 10 minutes. We had to be back to court and we barely had time to eat the sandwich so there was no way I was taking it back up to have it corrected. Incredibly slow. When I spoke to others jurors they said that that particular Mcdonald’s is ALWAYS slow. Good to know.

Went through drive through for the new Grinch happy meal. Sat in drive through for twenty minutes. They ran out of the boxes (would have been nice if they mentioned that when I ordered.) Didn’t get a shaker bag for the fries and my fries were cold. What a rip off!

I went through the drive through. Ordered one burger and fries. Was asked to wait. They made me wait for 20 min! It would have been longer had I not gone inside. I told them the situation and they said “we forgot your order”. And that was it. They gave me my bag that had been sitting there for a while as the fries were cold. I had to walk back to my car. The worst service.

Honestly I go here often because it’s local and convienent but today I was really disappointed. I ordered through DoorDash but only received my drinks – not a big deal, easily fixable. But when she attempted to go back and resolve the issue she was basically just told the food was in the bag and that they would not resolve the issue. I only received my drinks. The bag was taped so I’d know it wasn’t tampered with. And honestly this location mixes up orders, forgets things often and normally it’s a small problem and gets fixed. But I was shocked to learn this is how they decided to treat their dashers, and indirectly their customers.
