We have not been back since we have seen the atmosphere in chilies in Rivergate. Very bad service and restaurant is not clean. Windows very dirty bathroom very dirty also

We ate at Chili’s Grill & Bar and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Our server, Kim, was extremely attentive and an absolute pleasure to chat with. Her level of care and personality alone made the visit memorable, and because of her we will be lifelong guests at this location.
The cocktails were mixed perfectly, and the food came out hot, fast, and exactly as ordered. Everything was on point. This location is doing it right, and Kim deserves major recognition for making the experience exceptional.

My son, family friend, and I came here to celebrate the remembrance of my sons mother who passed away 3 years ago on that day. She loved ribs so we ate baby back ribs in her honor, and swapped some lovely stories about her. Towards the end my 9 year old saw the table behind us getting Chili’s awesome lava cake and ice cream. He told the waitress it looked really good, and she said, “yeah they got it for free because it was their birthday! Is it any of your birthday?” He looked sad, said no, and I chimed in and said, “but it is the three year death day of his mom” She says, “aww I’m so sorry ☹️” she thought for a second, and said, “wait a couple minutes, I’ll be right back.” A few moments later, she brings us one, said “here you go, eat some for your mommy! On the house!” My boy was so excited and pleased! Best server ever! Will definitely be back again and let all my friends know of the great service!

I had a very disappointing experience due to poor customer service from a waitress named Teadra.
When I placed my order, Teadra told me that the dipping sauce came with the meal. However, when I received the bill, I noticed that I had been charged extra for the sauce. When I politely pointed this out, she rolled her eyes and said, “Do you want me to take that 50 cents off?” in a rude and dismissive tone, which was embarrassing and unprofessional.
After that, Teadra aggressively left the receipt on the counter and walked away. Before leaving the restaurant, I spoke to the manager about her attitude. He said that he would take care of it and talk to her, which I appreciated. However, I did not receive an apology for how I was treated.
Overall, I felt disrespected and uncomfortable as a customer.

I visited this location last week and we were late getting there, arrived around 8:15 pm. The service was FANTASTIC and the food was delicious! I ordered the Nashville Hot tenders and they were crispy and yummy! The server was fabulous (I wish I could remember her name). Late arrivals tend to get bad service in some establishments but not here. Thanks Chili’s! Great job!

Waited at the bar for a table and had 1 beer. Was supposed to be a 10 min wait and it never came. Went back to find out why others were being seated before us and they said they figured since we went to the bar we didnt want a table. I explained to them that I had told them I was waiting for the table at the bar. Got seated after clearing the bar tab and got asked was I sure I cleared the bar tab. I advise the lady yes I was not planning on skipping a tab and she said ‘well you never know it happens”. I have never been questioned like there was a possibility of stealing before. I assume it was because we were in Madison. Food was decent and the experience was just horrible in general. I had a beer with me from the bar she questioned me about and insisted on carding me again. Smh.

I have been going to this chilis for years. I took my friend there in 2-27-2026. The food was horrible and the service was slow. Actually, got sick when I got home. Wow. It has really went down hill. I would suggest another location or another restaurant. So disappointed!
