Usually the food has been good here, but the last two burgers I’ve gotten have been bad. The first one still had paper stuck to the burger patty. The second one (most recent visit) was undercooked and still red in the middle. Both of these visits were during the evening shift around 7:30 pm. The McNuggets were still good. I tried to call the number listed, but no one answered.

Our order was messed up once so we had to go around the drive thru again to fix it and then when we got home we realized that neither of the kids meals got their hamburgers, just two sets of apple slices. It really messed up our dinner.

I visited the McDonald’s location near Smith’s Marketplace around 7:15 AM to grab breakfast for myself and my mom before work. We work less than a mile away, so the food should have still been hot when we sat down to eat. Unfortunately, that’s not what happened.

Both of our sausage McMuffins were terrible — the sausage patties were hard like they had been sitting out for too long, the eggs looked discolored, and the English muffins were stale. We ended up not eating them because they were genuinely unappetizing.

At first, I wasn’t going to complain, but my mom encouraged me to call since we had just wasted our money on inedible food. When I called, I reached a manager named Tori. I barely began explaining what was wrong when she cut me off and said, “Well, I can put your name down and you can come get them again, but we just made fresh food like 30 minutes ago, so what you got is what you’ll get again.” That attitude rubbed me the wrong way — dismissive and defensive right out of the gate.

When I explained that I had just eaten a McMuffin at the South Logan McDonald’s recently and it was fresh and delicious, she began to argue with me, insisting that she knows better because she works there. Every time I tried to speak, she interrupted me, which made me increasingly frustrated. Yes, I raised my voice — not yelling, but firm — and instead of listening, she hung up on me.

I called back and got her again. This time, she immediately had an attitude and said, “I don’t know what you want from me. If you want the sandwich remade, it’s going to taste the same. We changed our cooking system and that’s just how our food is now.” She even admitted that she doesn’t eat at McDonald’s herself and said it proudly — which, honestly, is a terrible thing to hear from someone representing your brand.

When I asked for a refund, she claimed she had already offered it (she hadn’t), and then refused to give me her name, saying, “You don’t need my name, I just need yours.” When I asked again, she hung up on me — a second time.

I called again and finally spoke with a different manager named Becca, who was professional and helpful. She told me the first manager’s name is Tori and that I could come in anytime for a refund.

Frankly, this whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth — literally and figuratively. The food was awful, but even worse was how I was treated when I tried to address it. As someone who has worked in customer service, I understand tough days and difficult customers. But I was calm when I called, and even when I got frustrated, I wasn’t disrespectful — I just wanted to be heard and treated fairly.

Tori’s attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely out of line for someone in a managerial role. I hope this location addresses the issue, both in terms of food quality and how complaints are handled. Until then, I’ll be going to the South Logan location — or anywhere else, really.

Went through the drive thru, the lady said we couldn’t sub a drink in a meal even though that’s super normal and has been done before, ordered the food, and the burger, which we paid for deluxe, doesn’t have tomatoes??? Ok bud

I like there slushi machines and they have a great section in the back with the maple cinnamon rolls that you can ask for special. I took my granddaughter there and we had a wonderful time enjoying the entertainment on stage. It’s great how the actors will come right up to you and snatch a chocolate chip off your cake. Overall its a great restaurant and I would recommend it to any vegans/vegetarians out there.

My food was hot and delicious. The tables were kind of dirty though. I love the building itself, it really stands out among the prestigious McDonald’s brand.

I was having a pretty bad time when I went. I was all excited for a milkshake I got at another establishment and was with an ice cream soup with chunks at the bottom.
Then I went to McDonald’s and they were my saving grace. My order was simply a double cheeseburger. I pull up to to the windows to pay and receive my food and was with met warmly by the staff. My food was exactly what I asked for and was the best McDonald’s burger I have ever had.
Shout out to the midnight staff at McDonald’s. 10/10 five stars.

They don’t give out receipts in drive through by default anymore. I have ordered the same items and been charged wildly different amounts with no explanation. I also commonly get the wrong items or things are just missing (i.e. sausage biscuits that are only biscuit).

I’m extremely allergic to onions so do you know what they do? Put extra onions of my bacon McDouble that was missing the damn bacon! This is pathetic. It takes 10 minutes to come out to the car when only 8 cars entered the drive through. Btw, they all left before me.

I ordered breakfast on the app, and was in the drivethru line 10 minutes before 10:30. The Subaru two cars in front of me took 5 minutes to order, and I ended up at the speaker at 10:33. The person taking orders was super unhelpful, and said all he could do was cancel it and make a lunch order for me. Fortunately, the shift manager at the 2nd window worked with me and got me my food without making me leave the line and go in the store.

The breakfast at this McDonald’s is really good, and I’ll keep coming back. But, I think they should honor breakfast orders that were made in the app. If they can’t honor those orders, then the app shouldn’t let you order at that location in the 30 minutes beforehand.
