William gave me exceptional service when I stopped in for coffee yesterday. He greeted me cheerfully, offered to help me order at a kiosk, and did the same for others while I waited for my order. He really impressed me as I can’t remember ever receiving that level of service at a McDonald’s. Also, my coffee was made exactly how I ordered it.

Today is ordered The Angel Reese Special and that Burger i received was nothing like it’s being advertised! My burger was soo thin, dry, and nasty! I usually go to this McDonald’s on my way to work to grab a quick bite while I’m at work. Now I’m stuck with no burger because I can’t eat this nasty burger! Taste horrible! Not fresh and just horrible for a $14 and some change meal (I ordered a Large meal). Thank Goodness I’m not going to go hungry because of the Fries and the drink that came with my meal. I don’t like throwing away food but after a few bites this thing going in the trash! Oh and where was the Bacon that’s supposed to be on the burger too? It’s my fault that I didn’t look at my burger before I pulled off in the drive thru.

I asked for a medium cup just for demonstration, it wasn’t what I ordered but that’s what I got the equivalent of.
Does no whip cream means you get less of the drink itself? It’s a topping correct? What’s the purpose of the dome lid if the whip cream fit in the cup w/ a flat lid?
And if you’ve asked for little or no ice with the tea, they more than likely cut it with water instead if it didn’t taste sweet but right in the middle.
If they hand you a cup with a gap like this or tell you the ice is suppose to be at that line, get a refund.

My husband walked in to Mcdonalds to place our order, i sat in the car. I counted 57 CARS go thru the drive thru. He was inside over 35 minutes. No one was inside except him to place an order. He bought 1 big mack, 8 chicken strips and a caramel frappe. We frequent this Mcdonalds all the time, sometimes 2 to 3 times a week. We are so sad and disappointed. Discouraged beyond words. I watched all the drive-thru cars moving thru. Stopping less than 30 seconds, picking up their food. But what about my husband waiting in the lobby of Mcdonalds for over 30 minutes for our small order. So disappointed !! And Hurt !!!

My experience at this McDonald’s was top notch because of one employee: Willie. When I arrived, Willie was mopping the floor, doing his best to keep the place immaculate. After greeting me warmly, he was off running food and ensuring all customers had a pleasant experience. People who take such genuine pride in their job and go that extra mile to do their job well and with a smile are becoming a rarity. Experiencing first hand Willie’s positivity and zeal made not only my dining experience but my day as well.

This was a bigmac,it’s best to get a Mcdouble this was horrible the lattice was rotten I was p***** off stop buying the big Mac it is a little Mac get a mcdouble That would be better cause you can get 2 for $3.50 and then you can have a big Mac that doesn’t make any sense McDonald’s you need to take that off the bank oh and that quarter pounders they’re the same way the burgers are not pump and juicy they are flat

Late in on Sunday at 12 am. October 9, 2023. Drive thru. My order was wrong. The spicy chicken sandwich I ordered with bacon was not on it. The fries were burnt. My sandwich was cold and barely no toppings. The cash register was opened, and the money was just out. I’m too tired to go back. Don’t go here for late night food horrible, and now I wasted $21.85.

If you want your food fresh all the time, tell them you want them to cook your food fresh.That means your burger will be fresh off the grille, and your nuggets would be fresh off the fryer.It is way much better like that.Trust me
