First time we went to the Herriman location it was great. Went back tonight to get the kids shakes and it was the worst experience ever. Horrible customer service! Waited 45 minutes for 5 shakes. Wouldn’t have been that long if the employees actually worked and the manager on duty actually supervised and managed the team. Our shakes were all wrong and they didn’t care to fix it. We also noticed a couple employees on their phones still wearing gloves then touch their faces and rub their hands all over the counters then go back to prepping food without washing hands and changing gloves. Pointed this out to the manager and he didn’t care. Needless to say we won’t be going back!

Placed an order for a single meal for dine in for lunch. There were only 3-4 tables of customers seated when I ordered, and whatever line was in the drive thru.
After 20 minutes I had not received my food so I checked at the counter where an employee looked back to the make line and said they were wrapping my order up at that time. I returned to my table and, foolishly, waited an additional 12 minutes for my food to be brought out. It never was. Total about 40 minutes wait for a cheeseburger and fries as additional customers behind me received their orders.
I told the cashier what had happened and requested a refund. There was no reason given as to why I never got my order or anything done to correct it outside of receiving the refund to my card. The cashier was kind enough but I don’t believe the employee behind the pickup counter honestly tried to ensure I received my order. Apparently no one is keeping an eye on the tables with customers to ensure they’ve received a meal. Honestly the food is too expensive here to give this another chance.

Stopped in for dinner and ice cream. We love the new combo items for when you don’t want a big meal. The salads are really big. The wings were great as well. Of course, the ice cream is delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We went around 5:30 pm and it wasn’t crowded, but shortly after that it got really busy.

I had only ever gotten food to go from here before, but it has always been delicious! Their food is pricey, but real.
I decided to dine in on this visit and the service was great, the restaurant was clean, and the food was fresh! I ordered the chicken strips with French fries and I was not disappointed. The chicken strips are huge!! I could only eat 2 of them and some of the fries. I wanted to eat more because they were so delicious, but it was all very filling. I would absolutely order this again and split it with my kids!

Food was ok little over cooked, bathrooms smelled horrible and the tea container was molded. My husband got icetea and spit it in the trash can because he said it tasted like they used the sewage to fill it. We told the staff and they told someone in a red shirt and he did nothing the entire time we were there. For $92 this was a disgusting experience.

Listen, I’m a fan of JCW. They’ve been holding the line on the Jr Cheeseburger Combo for years, while their competition gouges customers for the same meal. Good job, Burger Boys.
But tonight, I’m not just disappointed, I’m offended and a little hurt. I had a craving for a delicious shake on a Saturday night. I ordered a small Peanut Butter & Brownie shake.
Not only was I charged an extra $1.50 for the additional mix-in (LAME!), but they didn’t even mix it in! There are literally NO Brownies mixed in. For $8.50, I’m stuck here in a parking lot staring at a cup of peanut butter ice cream with a minimal amount of brownie sprinkled on top.
No one eats just peanut butter ice cream. I don’t even think that’s legal. I’m not gonna do it. I’m gonna take this $8.50 insult and throw it in the trash.

The food was good. We got a club sandwich on white bread, a turkey & Swiss on sourdough, and cheese fries.
The food deserves 4 stars but it was just too darn expensive. All of our food was just under $40 just for two people and we shared the fries. I realize we’re in a recession, but this was kind of ridiculous.
Their special fry sauce is just bbq sauce and mayo that you mix yourself. Not worth the extra buck when they give you normal fry sauce, that tastes better, with your combo anyway.
Okay food but too expensive to go out of our way for again.

Their wings (I ordered the mild) were sauced with a hot honey that was delicious! My husband loved his avocado,bacon, Swiss burger, and their fries with their ranch drinkable ranch!!!) is so good!!! We will be back for sure.
