After our atrocious experience at a McDonald’s in Istanbul, we were reluctant to eat at another one back in Florida. However, we decided we wanted to try the Grinch adult happy meal. It comes with a pair of Grinch socks. Mission accomplished. However, McDonald’s has serious operational problems. All of the dine-in tables were filthy. The service is surly…one female employee was downright rude and miserable. So, even with the gimmick of a Grinch meal, McDonald’s remains a poor dining choice.

Ordered a McDouble tonight with no pickles and extra onions and it was made with care for sure. Best McDouble I’ve ever had. The onions were grilled and seasoned and sort made into a patty on top of the burger, not even one fell off. Sounds crazy that I’m here making a review about this but trust me it was that good! Keep up the good work I really appreciated the attention that was put into making that McDouble.

This is undoubtedly the worst McDonald’s location I’ve ever been to, hands-down every single time. In the 5ish times I’ve given them a chance, they haven’t filled our order right a single time. Not once. It’s always missing at least one thing and/or has completely wrong items instead, and the burgers aren’t so much “assembled” as they are “ingredients tossed into a box together.” Then the workers are completely flabbergasted if you bring the receipt and ask for a correction as if they’ve never even heard of that being possible.
In fact, it seems like the entire staff here is perpetually on their very first day. Ordering something as simple as just a McDouble will draw a confused response from the cashier as if this has never happened before and needs to call a manager…and then 20 minutes later you’ll be handed a McChicken instead.
The drive-thru is even worse. If you plan to use it, make sure you have 20-30 minutes to wait in line while the staff messes up the order of each car ahead of you. And you’re locked in place without the ability to leave when you get sick of waiting. If you do actually order from the drive-thru, prepare to (again) speak with a staff member who is seemingly unaware they work at a McDonald’s and has no idea what is on the menu.
There’s another McDonald’s across the freeway a couple miles away, do yourself a favor and just go to that one. Stay away from this location at all costs.

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to I visited them before service was slow but manageable. This time I went with my grandson and we placed our order at the counter at 4pm. The order consisted of a $5.00 chicken sandwich meal, nuggets, fries, sauce, and drink. I also ordered y four piece chicken Mc nugget happy meal with a drink. 25 minutes later I approached the counter how much longer I could expect to wait for a simple meal the girl who I placed my order with said Oh they haven’t started my order yet, I lost it she asked me if I wanted my money back I said loudly NO I just want my dam meal and she stated well you can wait longer now. I demand to speak with the manager. He came over stated he only had one cook on and they had a system so I continued to wait for the meal. Still waiting another gentleman ask me what my order was and when did I place it, I told him he checked his register receipts it took another 15 minutes to get the meal. In total 45 minutes for a simple order. They did try to make it up with some extra food but my mood didn’t change. Thank God my 3 year old grandson not realizing what was going on said Thank You twice to the person delivering the meal I couldn’t even resomp just ate the food and left. I do not recommend using this McDonald’s and I will never go back. They work in reverse and are rude.

My dad loves McDonald’s breakfast so we come once in a while. This location does not have a good system going on. There’s no one up front every time we come so we have to use the kiosk. I have to use it because my dad doesn’t know how. I sit down and there’s 6 other parties waiting for their food. This is a fast food chain and it’s not fast at all. Even the drive through gets backed up all the time. Either there’s not enough staff or the manager doesn’t know how to manage the store properly.

Food is smaller portions, doesn’t taste right and way over priced. I asked 3 times to fill up my frys but as always they do not listen. They give you less than the fry container holds. Pissing us off when we pay for a large and they only out medium amount or less. For just one meal “deal” you can buy a real steak and cook be better off…

Stay clear of ordering from here. You will either wait for food that ends up being cold when you get it or if you order to go items are missing from your order.
The staff are rude. Most of them look miserable and are not willing to help a customer. They get an attitude if you order at the counter and not the kiosk. They cuss and argue with customers. They also will ignore you when you need help. They look right at you but do not acknowledge you. They all need better training and management. There is only one manager that seems to keep everyone in line and when she is not there it is pure chaos.
Today we waited and waited for our order. People that came in after us got their orders. The people lined up at the window were getting their orders as well. Our food sat on a tray while fries were being made. The frappe was melted, the burgers were room temp, the bun was hard and the sweet tea was water by the time we got our order. I went back to the counter and not one staff member looked my way. Could not even get napkins. I am all for fresh fries but the rest of my food should be just as fresh.
I have been to this location many times due to it not being far from my house but after today I will take extra time to go to another location just to not deal with this place.

I wish I could rate the food zero stars because the large fries i got needed to be remade because they were old and stale, then find out the burger patties and chicken nuggets were also sitting too long and were hard and gross. I could only eat 2 bites of a sandwich before wanting to throw up with how old the food was.

Hands down the worst McDonald’s in Palm Coast. This place is a joke, drive thru wrapped around the building, inside there is nobody ever at the counter and people just standing around waiting to either pickup food, place an order, or pickup for door dash, Uber eats, etc. No employee acknowledgement at all! No leadership around, have tried to give them the opportunity to provide satisfactory service and the handful of times I’ve ordered for pickup, the food is never ready and I have had to cancel my orders. One customer told me they had been waiting 45 min for a small order. I’ll stick to the McDonald’s on 100 before I ever step foot into this one again. They need a new manager running things properly. The owner needs to understand that an establishment running less than 3 star reviews is not a good at all and needs to set a better example for the business.

To begin with, while waiting in the drive thru line, the first drive thru line was completed more than the second drive thru line, effectively skipping people who were in line number two. Next, when ordering the person was not kind. He did not notify me they were out of ranch dressing or lemonade which was HALF of my order! I get to the window, and he charges me for: 10 piece chicken nugget, Large Decaf Coffee, Small French Fries, Medium Orange juice, and a Medium Sweet tea. THIS WAS NOT MY ORDER. I ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget, ranch dressing, small fries, and a large lemonade. When I notified staff of the overcharge, my receipt was taken and there was no actual communication. They did not tell me if they were voiding my meal, if I was going to be given a refund, or anything. I believe it was the manager who refunded my order, he was kind. I pull up to the next window, where they notify me they have no lemonade or ranch dressing. If I had known this, I would’ve went to a different McDonalds. When I finally got home, I found a BONE in my chicken nugget. The nuggets also had black spots on them, which I hope are pepper, however I have never had McDonald’s chicken nuggets that looked like they did. Furthermore, they overfilled my Sweet Tea with ice (which wasn’t even the drink or size I wanted). Overall, my experience was miserable. Personally, I felt targeted by the worker who took my order. I have a very feminine voice, and am clearly a women. He has an extremely visible misogynistic tattoo, and seemed annoyed at me for his mistake. The experience made me feel gross. I have been to this McDonalds a lot at night, and the staff is normally kind. I have never been so disappointed by service staff. I will not be returning to this McDonald’s again after this experience.
