Reading all the rave reviews, so I thought I give it a try. The food didn’t live up to the hype. It wasn’t terrible, maybe I just got my hopes up? It was at night and a little busy, so I will give them the benefit of the doubt. The crab Rangoon fries were good!

Lots of great reviews of this place so decided to give it a try. First walk in and immediately it just smells like I walked into a landfill. Probably doesn’t help with trash bins being right by the door. Only reason we stayed was because of the reviews and the food looked great. Wait time was fine around 15-20 minutes considering it was busy and a Saturday night. The general atmosphere was giving upscaled cafeteria, food even came on a tray. The block burger was the most average burger for $11 I’ve ever had, the soup was good and the fries were super generic as well.

The building smelled like wet garbage, and I don’t mean that figuratively. It LITERALLY smelled like I was next to a wet dumpster, both in the dining area and the ordering counter.
Staff were fine, it was busy when we went it. Didn’t great us, got up front and they took our order, nothing special, nothing done wrong. Brought our food to us, once again, nothing special.
The food itself was pretty good. I got the Dragon Wrap and thoroughly enjoyed it, well made, chicken was slightly overcooked but that’s easy to do for restaurant so I get it.
Fries were nothing crazy, just fries for $4.
The tomato bell pepper soup was also very good.
I’m mostly disappointed in the general building. Bad smell, uneventful dine out experience.
I’ll also add that if you go and look at some of the establishments responses to 1 Star reviews, they don’t seem the most professional or respectful. I’ve taken the liberty to add one to this review with my food items.

The hand helds are unique and crafted to order. Daily specials will usually sell out, so if you’re wanting it, don’t wait!
The staff at the front are helpful and take your order and give you a number. Food arrives in about 20 minutes.

Had the Pulled Pork Roll, Poutine Burrito, and an order of fries. All 3 were great. We arrived a bit before open on a Saturday and were the first group in line. We ordered, picked out a table, and an employee came over and offered to set our friends crutches against the wall. Will happily go again the next time we’re in town!

Hard to find seating. Food is fresh. Sometimes takes a while, but my kids can sit through the wait. Parking is sometimes hard to find, depending on the day. Service could be a little friendlier. We have found they are when it’s less busy.
We visit when we come to Omaha every other year or so.

Came on new years was hungover and ordered a regular block burger and a Croque Garcon and regular fries. Will be back I love a good burger. Ordering then finding seating is a little weird and they don’t have a ton of seating but sitting in front of the window people watching was fun. Unlimited refills on drinks was good. The food I had here was orgasmic. Life changing. Loved it, and will be dreaming about it until I get the chance to come back again. Tried the Bacon & Brie a la Emily sandwich, and it was amazing. Also did an order of the fried mushroom fries… Definitely worth the stop.

We a great place to have lunch or even catch some dinner. Food is tasteful and service if great. Staff is friendly and smiling while questions are being ask of them about the menu. I had the Grilled Cheese with the Fried chicken thighs with some sweet potatoe fries extremely good food. Freshly prepared.
