Lincoln is hands down one of the best places to start your day. I’ve eaten at several of their locations, and the food and service are always on point. Whether you’re rolling in solo or with a group, they can seat you easily—booth or table, your choice—and no matter where you sit, you’ll get fast, friendly service every time.
What really sets Lincoln apart is the menu. It’s well thought out and packed with options. I’ve worked my way through a good portion of it, but the dish that keeps me coming back is The Country Lady. It’s the definition of comfort food: a split biscuit drenched in rich sausage gravy, topped with an egg any way you like (I go scrambled), and served with a crispy country fried steak—also covered in that same savory gravy. Add in golden hash browns and you’ve got a meal that sticks with you—in the best way.
I usually round it out with a side of sourdough toast and bacon—both are perfect gravy companions. And let’s not forget the bottomless coffee. It’s always hot, smooth, and strong—just the way it should be.
If you’re after a breakfast or lunch that delivers every single time, Lincoln’s where you want to be. Classic or hearty, you’ll leave full and happy.
Got my receipt and was accidentally charged twice for everything and almost paid it because I’m used to the food being relatively higher priced than other places, but definitely knew something was wrong when I thought I had to pay close to 40$ for a single meal. Server didn’t catch that either before handing me the receipt. After the correction, getting a platter with the turkey bacon sub, a banana and a black coffee still comes up to around 25$ just from just a 12.99 platter.
Just be prepared to spend for portion sizes that you won’t warrant a to go plate.
But the service is usually decent and the atmosphere pleasant.
