The food and service here was gross and when I called to complain the general manager Mary hung up in my face. After telling me I had to bring the food back to get a refund. Not sorry for my experience or that the order was wrong. Or that gas and time was wasted or her staff served this disgusting food while she was on shift. Old cheese and undercook food. Needless to say Mary no worries I will never spend another dime at the Riverdale IHOP. The health department need to be up in there!!

I was seated quickly, and ordered the French toast combo. The French toast was delicious but I didn’t like the eggs, potatoes, and turkey bacon. I had to wait awhile to express this concern to my waiter because he didn’t come by. When he did take it back to be fixed it still didn’t taste any good so I didn’t eat it. When my waiter came to collect the check he asked how was the food and as I was explaining that I didn’t like the sides he began to walk away as I was still speaking. He didn’t say anything back regarding my feedback. I was better off just buying the French toast by itself and saved the money. Initially, before receiving my food, as I was looking at the menu, I was considering coming back for lunch or dinner since there are many options. However, after my experience I’m not so sure.

Our server greeted us promptly and let us know she would return to take our order after assisting another table. We didn’t have to wait long to place our order or receive our food. She was attentive throughout our visit and made sure our needs were met. I requested a to-go container and brought most of my omelet home.
The following day, while eating the leftovers, I noticed black, stringy material in the food. Upon closer inspection, I found more of the same foreign-looking matter mixed in. I immediately threw the food away. Seeing it made me feel sick and very concerned about the food preparation.
Update: The District Manager reached out to address my complaint. She apologized and advised that they are investigating what went wrong. In addition, a return is being processed back to my card.

Crowded for a Sunday, as expected. Food was great, service was good. Wish they bring back the flavored syrups, but you can ask for warm syrup though.

One of my favorite fast food restaurants for a quick Breakfast or Brunch meal after my workouts. Our server King was splendid and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The meals came promptly too after we ordered.

Was seated and waited over a hour for our food. The waiter said the kitchen staff was tripping. You could hear them yelling from the kitchen. Food was not the best but they did offer a fruit bowl since it was taking forever. Did not ask to refill our drinks at all. My omlete was horrible there was no beef and hardly any egg took a bite and it was all cheese. Had them to take it off my ticket and left still hungry. My kids loved the pancakes

I am making this review based mostly on ordering the IHOP app and picking up.
I have found this place to be the best in terms of ordering online and the food is always ready at the given time.
We have eaten here (dine in) before maybe two years ago and service was ok. For me recently ordering online has been extremely great.

I have tried several menu items and 98% of the time I have been satisfied. I have ordered mostly pancake meals and burger meals. We tried the biscuit meals and a few other things. Again my order is usually great.

Some not so positive things is sometimes I feel the portions atleast for sides is smaller than eating inside. But I only felt like that once out of the dozen of times I have ordered. My most recent order we ordered the family waffle meal and we was missing one waffle. Another time 2 weeks ago I wanted to try a breakfast meal but I felt they missed one item or atleast the online picture did not represent what I got. One particular item from memory I order the biscuits and gravy and I was not at all excited about the gravy.

To end it on a good note when I order it’s usually either early morning or late evening and I personally feel the night staff are perfect. Even remembering my name. If I could make a separate review I would give them a top review period.
The morning crew is great as well but due to my most recent order I would give them a B-.
Overall compared to other restaurants you can’t beat IHOP currently. Just maybe double check your order but 98% of the time it’s usually right. And no matter the food quality is the best in town period.
