There’s not really anybody at the cash register they want you to use kiosks or the app. I was paying cash so the kiosk wouldn’t allow me to finish my order. I finally got someone to take my order. They called my number but I didn’t here it and I was standing right there. So my wait was longer. The food was like all McDonald’s but they had good prices. Overall three stars.

Food was burnt. Manager said to keep the food until I come in for a replacement. I said keep the food for a week? She said,” yes you have to”. This manager was the worst, the only thing just as bad was the service. They make everyone wait in the stalls so it looks like they are keeping everyone moving . I remember when you were first to the window and your food was first. Avoid this place .

Terrible customer service. People can be ignored for 10mins and no one bothers. When they call the order and if you don’t run to get it, forget asking for anything bc they’ll ignored you again since they’re too busy but customers are NOT important

Ordered 3 big breakfast w/ hot cakes and McMuffins – All 3 orders were missing the hotcakes and a few missing the sausage. Also the entire order was cold. When I asked the person who brought out my order if I could have some syrup from on top of her tray, she assured me that there was some in the bag – there was not. When I entered to get syrup the workers and store was very chaotic. This used to be a good place but it’s only gone downhill.

So the food is always great because it’s Mickey D but this McDonald’s in question is so slow It’s down the street from my house so I go to this one all the time and I think I have only got my food right at the window 5 times in 3 years every other time they have sent me to park because they are very slow and the atmosphere is not so welcoming you have to wait to talk to someone because they never come to the counter you kind of have to wave or call out to them but you kind of have to yell because they are in the back it’s definitely different then most McDonald’s

genuinely every time i find myself unfortunate enough to come here, something always goes wrong. order ahead? still have to wait 25 minutes. go thru the drive thru? you get parked and still wait 25 minutes. go inside to order? 30 minutes minimum. even with all that extra time, something will be missing or made incorrectly. there is no fast in this fast food. if i could give a negative star rating, i would.

ordered off of the app and paid online. charge was showing on my cc acct, went to pick up, was told I had to pay again and the order was showing up, but needing payment. Not the first time. took almost a year to clear before. spoke to mgr, she was useless. said she had no power to do anything. needs to have “manager” with air quotes on her tag.

Wait times here have gotten atrocious. Even when you order ahead on the app. 30 minute wait for a couple cheeseburgers is unacceptable. If you do drive through youre told to wait in an open spot in front of the store and end up waiting 20 more min. We’ve been here for 30 minutes since we order and have yet to obtain our food as im writing this.
