Reiterated to them 5 times i wanted no onions on my double quater pounder deluxe, so they decided give me a single quarter pounder, not deluxe, with a fistful of onions instead. Ive worked in fast food before and i really dont understand what is so brain-melting about paying attention to the simplest orders.

It’s a little frustrating to order 2 meals that have nuggets for my kids and get home to see there’s zero sauces in the bag for them. It wasn’t ideal to check the bag at the time because everything (4 meals) were stuffed into one bag. But extra frustrating to get home and see that the 4C deluxe nccrispy chicken sandwich was made with a mcchicken patty when a mccrispy costs more than a mcchicken and tastes different. It’s important to make sure you’re making food with the right ingredients as this will increase the amount of happy customers, reduce complaints and reduce issues with your stores product inventory.

Im a doordasher and on multiple occasions (not just once) have i had to double check the orders only for it to STILL not have everything in the order. So i have to go back to the store (after i had already double checked) to get the entire order. Not to mention the at least 30 minute wait every time even when its not busy. Like currently its 10:36 pm and ive been waiting for 40 minutes. Do better

I waited 10 minutes at the speaker, waiting to order. Waited 25 minutes for frozen coffee and they forgot to give me my sprite. I should have left when I waited so long to order so I would call this my fault. The prices are high to be fast/ slow food.

I feel like all the employees that use to work at Popeyes now work at this McDonald’s. This place is ridiculous. Super slow, employees cussing at each other, the wait times are insane. Over an hour and still waiting. The front counter never attends to the people waiting inside for food. They’re rude. The food is always cold. What more could go wrong with this place? Shut it down forreal.

Waited at drive through behind 1 person for 10 minutes before they were able to place their order. They were also already waiting before me. 1 person ahead of us waiting at pick up window. After waiting, went across street to Wendy’s. Was able to order and retrieve food from Wendy’s and looked at McDonald’s drive thru when pulling out and the car that was ahead of me was now waiting at window( about 10 minutes later). VERY slow.

3 p.m.- sat in drive-thru for 20 min. When I got to the payment window I asked if I could add something to my order and she said she wasnt allowed to. Young man at 2nd window was super sweet. Another McDonalds going to pot. Order 766 02/06/26 10:41am. NO Salt for the Fries. The server said they keep Forgetting’ to order salt. How utterly stupid!!! NO condiment section for drink refills, napkins or salt and pepper. You have to ask for Everything. This has been our traveling stop since it opened in the’70’s. Will go to Jacks or Chik Fil A across the street from now on. You lost us after all these years.
