Gloria’s on a Saturday night — be ready, it’s loud. Like really loud. The shrimp fajitas were decent and came with all the fixings (guac, sour cream, cheese). Food is ok but nothing that really stands out. It’s more of a scene than a food destination if I’m being honest. If you’re going for a lively night out with friends it works, but don’t go expecting to have a conversation.

I come here for specifically for their signature frozen margaritas. There’s a 2 drink limit for a reason! They are strong and delicious. I particularly like how they include bean dip with complimentary chips and salsa. My steak was cooked perfectly albeit a bit on the thin side.
I’ve frequented this location a handful of times and never had an issue with the service or valet.

The Ribeye was very good, try with fried plantains. Great atmosphere, good vibes, group friendly, we sat outside and it was very pleasant. The happy banana (?) dessert was too good to pass up. Ingredients feel very fresh! Comes with fresh chips with black bean dip and salsa dip in the beginning, also really good!

Nothing but great things to say about this place! The food is always amazing but the service is just top notch! I was visiting from out of town and went in alone to sit at the bar for dinner. The bartender Alonso was super helpful and kind, and my food was fast and delicious. The manager Alfred? (I believe, been a long day) made a point to greet me and was very nice. When I left, I asked about the safety of walking to the parking garage since I was alone, and he offered to walk with me and even carried my to go bags. Genuinely great service and made me want to come back asap!

Gloria’s uptown is a total vibe.
The first time I had Gloria’s I wasn’t blown away by the food but I loved the bar. This visit changed my mind.
First of all, I love all the glass and the decor near the bar. It is very hip looking. I loved it.
I started things off with the Ceviche Tostadas. As a ceviche lover, I eat it frequently. This was my first time having it with orange roughy. I liked it. It also had green peppers (which is different than what I’m used to). I could’ve gone without the garnish on top. Still, i enjoyed it.I also had the Salmon Costeno. The salmon was moist and tender. No complaints. However, the little salad/veggies on the side was completely flavorless and tasted watery. That was a disappointment because the salmon and the rice complimented each other. I washed it all down with a delicious Strawberry Margarita. The bartenders make drinks that taste good and have a kick .
I will definitely be going back to this location soon and you should too.

What a beautiful restaurant! The food was delicious and the service was exceptional. I had the blackened red snapper which was fresh and perfectly cooked, my husband had the skirt steak which was perfectly seasoned and tender. We each enjoyed mojitos and a house margarita. We highly recommend Gloria’s Latin Cuisine!

Had the worst experience here yesterday. The server wasn’t very personable and then I order a shrimp and steak fajitas meal and it not only did not come out with any sizzle but my food was also cold! I told the waiter and he said the best he could do was take it to the back and warm it up. To which I was already starving after waiting so long for my food so I just ate it cold. But I will never return to this location. What a horrible experience!
