The waffles fries dipped in Chick-fil-A sauce is my current pregnancy craving, so I’ve been frequenting this location a lot. Nolan is my favorite employee there. He’s always so happy and uplifting; it’s a joy to see him at the register when I walk in.

Received a RAW spicy chicken patty, totally unacceptable, manger was barely apologetic when I called to inform her. I’m so turned off from eating at this chick-fil-a at this point. The one at the promenade is wayyyy better.

What’s the point in asking what sauce do you like at the drive thru when you don’t include one, even after I said I would like chik fil a sauce on my order. Had to eat bland and the carline was too long to go back just for sauce. Totally dissatisfied with the service. Butterfinger or Raisin nuts survey was totally a distraction for customers to not check on order contents.

This location consistently has the worst service of any Chick-fil-A I’ve ever visited. I’ve had multiple bad experiences here in less than a year of living in Castle Rock. Orders are almost always delayed, incorrect, or missing items, and the staff rarely seem concerned about fixing the issue.
Today was the final straw. I placed a mobile carry-out order specifically to avoid the long wait and mistakes that usually happen here. When I arrived, my order was marked as ready, but when I got home, I realized they only gave me 1 out of the 3 meals I paid for. Two full entrées were completely missing. This is not the first time this has happened — it’s become a pattern.
We tried calling support immediately and were left waiting on hold with no assistance. At this point, it feels like there is a major management and training problem at this location. I go to many Chick-fil-A restaurants and this is by far the worst one. I would strongly recommend double-checking your order or avoiding this location altogether until they improve their operations.

Always a very positive experience at this location. The team is very friendly and continually makes an effort to go above and beyond to ensure a positive visit. Even though they are always busy, we are served promptly and look forward to returning again soon.

Their peppermint shakes are the bomb!! And I’ve never had a bad interaction with ANY of their employees. Always super friendly and fun. They even had a fun poll in the drive through while we waited.

Drive thru experience so pleasant, accommodating, food quality great! Play area clean and safe for the kiddos. Ordering is easy at your own pace on the big touch screens. Always happy to visit this location!

I love Chick-fil-A pickles and always ask for extra on my sandwich and the nice gentleman, Zach, asked me how many extra I would like and my reply was “as many as you can shove on there!” And that is exactly what I got! 10/10 would recommend Thanks for making this pickle lovers’ day!

I really enjoy going here, friendly folks and good food. The only thing I seem to take issue with is the handling of online orders. I have ordered online twice through a coworker and personally put in my orders to receive no sauce. Granted I understand that orders with multiple people have quite a few things in them, but give us maybe 2 packets for three people, while having none of the sauce I ordered, leaves a poor impression. Otherwise I do recommend this place.

I’m always greeted with a smile and the customer service is a main reason I go back. Another reason is knowing that I don’t need to check the bag. I’m really glad that each time I went, my order is correct and I receive all my food/drinks. I’ve never had a bad experience! My puppy even wanted my food!
