Ive been here a few times and the guy working the drive thru in the evening is very nice. However on the day shift its completely different. Everyone had a bad attitude and the food was literally just slopped together. After this last experience I wont be back. To the females working dayshft DO BETTER!

There no service, but kiosks. As for the food, cheese wasn’t melted on two of the burgers, one piece of bacon on the bacon cheeseburger, all the food was mixed up on the trays. While there another customer came in from drive thru to gave his order fixed. All this while the dining room had one other table and 3 in the drive thru.

Place a delivery order for 2 cups of chili and their containers are less than half full for $4.99 a cup. When brought to the management attention their only comment was this was Steak and Shake’s policy and there’s nothing they can do about it and if we didn’t like it too bad. Very poor customer service. I do not recommend this store.

This location is very dirty. The pop machine is dirty and has yellow mildewy stuff in the ice dispenser. We did not get any ice because of how gross the ice dispenser was. The floor is disgusting. If we hadn’t already paid for our food, we would have left. We also waited 25 minutes for our food. I will never visit this Steak n Shake location again.

Sad to share that tonight I grabbed dinner here and it was very disappointing. My teen got chicken tenders and they were so little I laughed. Then my burger was not hot at all and tasted off. The fries were cold as well. I hadn’t eaten here in a long while and sad to say I wont again. I’ll be going to culvers everytime and getting my money’s worth at least. Very disappointed. 🙁

Best steak and shake burger of my life somehow, just passing through. Crispy patties, which I can’t seem to get back in St Louis. Fries were great but just slightly overdone. The floors were not slippery with grease. Just overall impressed for a travel stop

Run far far away! The worst Steak ‘n Shake experience I’ve ever had. We were excited to come here and try the Tallow Fries. First, there is no one there to take your order. The only option is to order from a machine. We tried to sit down but the entire place was disgustingly dirty. I had to wipe down my own table. You have to scan your receipt in order in order to get your drink. The machine was also disgusting. I ended up throwing away my drink for fear of mold. My husband had to ask for a new bun since his was so mushy, though they did give him a new one they didn’t speak a single word to him. They don’t make them like they used to. Terrible experience!

Within a two week period I had ordered steak ‘n Shake. Both times the burger was cold. The fries were cold and stale. The second time I ordered was through delivery no straw no napkins and cold food. I am so done with this restaurant. I will never order from them again. They are sorry sorry sorry
