The place was no different than any other McDonald’s you go to nowadays. They all look the same. Sterile from the outside I’m barely anywhere to sit on the inside because everywhere you look is filled up with TV screens either showing McDonald’s advertisements or screens they prefer you order from instead of talking to an actual human being.
The line was too long on the outside so we just went inside for a cup of coffee and my grandmother didn’t know how to use to touch screen so we tried to speak to a person but they were so preoccupied with playing on their phone and gabbing with their friend we actually had to get their attention to service. When they came to the counter to take our order the acted like we were bothering them in the entire event was what I typically expect from McDonald’s. My grandma likes her small coffee black so of course hers came with lots of cream and sugar and I prefer my large coffee with cream and sugar and of course mine had only cream in it no sugar.
What’s the lastly I’ll just say I got exactly what I expected rude distracted him please and mixed up orders that they didn’t get it right and I wasn’t even worth bringing to their attention.

Best customer service I think I’ve had at a McDonald’s. The cashier girl was nice, gave me a free McFlurry due to a mix up and also thanked me for my service. Food was quick, fries were fresh, and when I asked for a refill for the road I got a cup size larger back from the manager. Small things, made my day, thank you

I do t k ow who was working yesterday (October 4th) during lunch but the WHOLE team needs to be Applauded. This is a mcdonald’s and I felt like I was in a five star restaurant at this certain location. The staff were beyond friendly and went above and beyond for every customer. The food was made with no mistake and it tasted better then anything my city ever made lol. Good job

Stopped in for a quick breakfast combo while passing through. I about fell when I walked in the door as the floor seemed like it had a film of grease on it. It wasn’t just me, several other customers commented about the floor also.
My food was adequately prepared, and brought out in a fairly timely manner even though there were several people there before me still waiting on food.
All in all, an average McDonald’s experience.

15 + years I have taken my quadracycle to countless drive-through’s and this place is the first to deny me service. I have also worked in a few fast food joints and was told never turn down a costumer if the sensor picks up a vehicle and the intercom turns on.

They got my order wrong and couldn’t be more prompt and accommodating in correcting the mistake. All the servers/kitchen professionals were hustling, multitasking with table cleanup and refilling accoutrements. This is a very busy freeway stop so the bathrooms get a workout and could use a bit more tidying. We were on vacation, pulling a trailer, the roomy trailer/truck parking is appreciated!

I’ve been told and experienced the fact that the manager demands that the customers take their receipt even though they do not want it. Added junk and pieces of paper flying around my vehicle is a nuisance. How difficult is it for McDonald’s to turn and dispose of a piece of paper that I don’t want? For this reason and for the Shortsightedness of the Manager, one star is all you get.

I ordered two large drinks with our meals to get the monopoly gaming card pieces. When we got our cups, we noticed that the cups didn’t include the gaming pieces. When we asked about why we got regular cups, we were told that they ran out of such cups.
For me, it didn’t add up. This is a national event, and this specific location didn’t have the items in stock? I understand that the chances of winning are one in a million. Nonetheless, we were deprived of the opportunity of possibly being that one in a million. I know that each location is privately owned / manages, but McDonald’s should not be advertising a national game if specific locations will fall short to honor the advertising.

The manager Rebecca very rude woman. She don’t even know how to do mobile orders as well hollering at her employee about being late in front of customers and other employees. The facility was very dirty will not eat here again I recommend going somewhere else for business.
