I never thought I’d be reviewing a Taco Bell, but I haven’t really had an experience like I had at this Taco Bell. Waited over an hour for food via Uber Eats. Never got any confirmation from either Uber or Taco Bell that my order was being prepared. My order ends up getting cancelled and I received no refund or any sort of communication. I’ve tried to contact both Taco Bell and Uber for any help and neither of them will do anything. I never got any food and again, no refund. Just avoid this Taco Bell at all costs and definitely don’t use Uber Eats for anything.

I have waited over an hour for “fast food” at this location on multiple occasions. It seems DoorDash orders are prioritized over customers present in person and in the drive through, to the point that I was stuck in the line for over 30 minutes without a single order even being taken. I wouldn’t eat here again even if it was free. Came in today for lunch and watched the girl literally throw my food together splashing meet cheese and lettuce everywhere. Also ordered nachos and cheese and there were only 5 chips in the bag. I normally dont leave bad reviews but avoid this place like the plague.

The food was delicious however the people that work the night shift were rude.. the night shift had an attitude. Their behavior is unacceptable when it comes to night shift. Make sure if you go to speak to the manager. The food was good. Just the night shift maybe have had a long day but that’s no reason to take it out on customers. People need to remember while working to stay positive good things comes to those who wait. I give the atmosphere here at this location a whole three out of five. Because of the behavior that’s the only reason why. So if you go to this Taco Bell in Birmingham downtown near UAB please y’all be careful especially at night time because their night shift is rude

The young woman at the drive through window handed me 2 boxes and a medium sized bag all in one go which was barely doable through my sedan window. I also had a brace on. Also did not receive any napkins and she shut the window instantly so i couldn’t ask for any.

This location is consistently terrible when ordering delivery. One time, I received a card in my bag from leadership at this location stating that they were turning over a new leaf and to contact her directly if I had any issues with my future orders. I checked the order and was missing a 12 pack of Cinnabon delights LOL what a joke. Anyway, I ordered nachos fries tonight and this is how my nachos cheese was given to me.

My tacos were delicious, but the service was awful. The girl pretty much threw the bag at me and slammed the window in my face. I asked her how was she doing and was ignored. I said have a great day and the window was slammed in my face. Very bad customer service.

All I want to say is each restaurant needs to be consistent with how much food you receive. I usually go to the forestdale location and get their cantina bowl. It is normally filled to the rim. So when you go to mix it up you have to be careful because it’s so full. I have come to this location and ordered the same thing two times and the bowl is not full and I feel like for the price that you’re paying that it should be. Now I have added to photos. One as you can see looks completely different than the other one. Why you ask because they have come from two different locations. The one that is not correct is the one from the 7th avenue location. The one that is correct is from highway 78 in forestdale. It had everything in it and I wasn’t shorted anything
